Only problem is we can’t figure out how to do it! Your video was a great tutorial on technique. I had a hard time with the volume though, as it kept going up and down. Hopefully you got that fixed on later videos. Will be checking you out 😊

I have one wok is hexclad $150 ( US). Very good wok ! But Unfortunately it was too heavy for me ! I like the old fashion Chinese restaurant style steel wok is the way to go

Use your oil for few more days , the wok I use is 12 inch steel wok from Amazon ! I like to use steel wok
