    Absolutely very good dish and content.....the only thing is that every time I swish the residue stuff out of the wok onto the kitchen net curtain at the window, I get a thick ear from my wife. All the very best

    There is Oyster Sauce, but what is the other dark thick sauce called. I don't seem to get it - can anyone spell out the name?? And also, what did he put before the vinegar @ 6:36??

      The dark sauce was Hoisin sauce and he put cooking wine before the vinegar im pretty sure

      Hi, it is "1 tablespoon hoisin sauce"

      Sue and Gambo you said hoisin sauce at 7:04 but at 7:25 you talk about an other sauce... :)

      @ 7:04 he says 1 table spoon of oyster sauce. 7:25 is 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce.

      Hi Maria, you can use soy bean oil, canola, vegetable oil or olive oil

      I wouldn't use olive oil otherwise it will burn and become bitter.

      No need if you already put sauces like soy sauce and oyster sauce and also sugar. MSG is not needed at all. I don't put msg in my cookings.
