It's not driverless
It's only because the inner cabin lights are off
And you can't see the driver
London recommended that the lights should be off

It's not driverless however the drive doesn't drive the train while it's in service unless it's going sidings or it's an emergency

Are the trains 100% ATC, or are they still manual?
I'm not familiar with these trains, with me being in the US :P

The Jubilee Line train is 100% ATO (Automatic Train Operation), however on Sundays, the driver is given the choice to run the train manual mode from Stanmore to Finchley Road.

on Sundays there is a ANP in place so the Driver has to Drive it in Protected Manual between Wembley Park and Stanmore and they are not allowed to drive the Train down to Finchely Road
