Not totally but have been for almost 2 years, you can stockpile resources by doing all daily basic and advanced missions, skipping all non fusion related tournaments/events and getting the highest level rewards from the top 3 difficulties from the Clan Boss daily.
@MikeEvonlah try working towards one keying all brutal, nightmare and UNM CB. To achieve that, you need to farm good gears from different dungeons, gather tomes from different parts in the game, and climb to higher Classic Arena tier. You should aim to comprise a single CB team that will eventually one key all 3 stages instead of switching around all the times. I used to 2 key UNM by using the classic counterattack comp and eventually switching to a block damage comp. It was a long and painful process to do all the gear farming, glyph farming and speed tune. I remember it took roughly 10 to 11 months to do the switch.
@MikeEvonlah Try to use HH optimizers to find faster and more consistent dungeons, FW, DT, CB and Hydra runs. Eventually, you no longer need to run keeps.
