Eh. I think there are still a number of others who are extremely close. But even then sounding exactly like the Japanese version isn't always a mark of a good voice. As long as it fits the character and sounds good in English I much prefer that than just trying to sound exactly the same. Take Mineta for instance - his English voice doesn't really sound the same as the Japanese one but is still perfect for his character.
