I'm thrilled to have purchased this printer. I was able to connect the computers that be😊long to my daughter and grandson. The setup process was extremely easy!! Thanks Canon, will purchase another for my personal use.
Canon printers are TRASH. Mine randomly couldn’t connect to my WiFi anymore. Bought a brand new one, it connected the same day, then a day later it could never connect again or even be found on the list when I pull up the list of wifi devices. Tried all the videos and troubleshooting. Back to HP I go. Thanks for nothing Canon.

hey, so I just bought mines today, and I had the same type of problem, but the way I solved it was by connecting my phone to the printer by scanning the QR code first, then I reconnected my computer to the printer and bingo
Bought TS3722 today and had successfully connected it to my phone using the network (SSID) provided. Successfully printed sample too. However, no internet service when connected to printer this way. Which means I have to jump from my home network to access orders on my shop, then switch to other network for printing shipping labels. :/ Is there any way I can redo setup on phone or connect to my network? Just ordered usb too to connect printer to my laptop because it can't find printer during setup through wireless setup.

I’m trying to connect. I live in an RV park for college and can’t get it to connect to my WiFi, it finds the printer and everything then just goes back to the register screen. Then it says C-0, C-7, C-9. I should’ve never thrown the box away so I could’ve taken it back. I’ve tried 6 times now! It’s so frustrating

Dude I figured it out my printer is a 3722 and when I was connecting my printer a 3700 printer came up and that turned out to be my printer
I don’t have wireless network only hotspot how can I connect it with my desktop. I didn’t have any problems setting it up on my phone
Mine never gives me the screen at 2:16 time. Printer prep. Mine goes right into detect printer and never does

Junk!!!!! Followed all the instructions, can’t connect either on the phone app or desktop.

Yeah I would be nice if it was that simple. This model is trash. I wonder whoever did this tutorial actually got it to work. Gotta love Canon's PR.

Just use WPS code connection or directly wired to your network this setup isn't worth your time.
No is directly wiring it. Just throw it away. Stay away from these.

piece of junk connects to my phone but now to the wifi will be returning do not buy this!!! Save yourself a headache.
