Hi, just a thing I'd like to mention: All your electrical is going through that main breaker. Maybe you want to consider routing the fuel shut off solenoid separately so in case something goes wrong with the system on the road that would trip your main breaker, you're not losing your engine and therefore power steering. I've seen a guy that had one of those breakers trip often due to engine heat combined with load.
Hmmmm, this is an interesting point. The fss needs a ground and constant and a keyed. I'm going to try it going to my fuse blocks and if it has issues I'll cross that bridge when I get there. Great point though
Looking forward to you being able to have enough parts to finally be able to get on it! Check that your overflow valve is not stuck. It should not be that hard to bleed. Or maybe your return is restricted.
That was a great shot of you coming back to your garage, the full exterior with you driving, no doors, no glass, a real "Flintstone Excellent adventure! Well l can't wait until the next vidio is done as well as "longbed larry" it's looking great, the milk crate was a great seat choice. It's like waiting for your birthday? For me it's going to be a great reveal, this is one of my favorite builds. You have done things right! This is one long crazy good looking truck. Congrats on your completion, it's awesome 👌🏻. Thanks for sharing 👍🏻. ✌🏻🤘😎🌤 🇨🇦. ☕️⏳️ 🍁😉 Ontario.
Oh and i laughed out loud literally when i saw your wife in your crocs haha. Ive called my wife to come help me with something many times and it seems like she always picks me shoes to throw on.
That mounting bracket for the fuses looks so good. Also I like how you have all your storage bins up out of the way on those ceiling mounted shelves in the garage, I might have to try that. Also I can relate to the “hey don’t look over here” with little kids around trying to work in the garage.
Hi Tim, What size/GA wire(s) did you use from the battery to the circuit breaker to the positive bus bar then to the solenoid/constant power fuse panel/keyed fuse panel? Did you attach the Air Heater leads with the FACTORY 12 GA fusible links to the positive bus bar or did you change the fusible links to a replaceable fuse? If yes, what type, location of fuse and AMPS did you use to replace the fusible links in the Air Heater leads? Thank you, Brent
Hi Tim, Thank you for the very valuable and informative video. 1. Would you please share the part brand, model #, and specifications for the solenoid and starter relay? 2. My '93 W350 Cummins 4x4 5 speed manual has trailer brakes with an under hood solenoid and two relays (30A & 20A). Can I delete the current solenoid - relays and move those connections to this setup? Best, Brent
Hey Tim, what kind of rear driveshaft are you putting in it? I finally got mine put together and that’s all I have left to do. My hats off to you brother… you do great work.
You seem pretty knowledgeable. So quick question: If you have an AC and it is kicking in and out for what seems to be no reason, What would you do to fix it? What would you look at first? We seem to be at a loss right now. When it kicks in, It is really cold so we know it is not the refrigerant. If anyone could help that would be great. We have a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. Runs and drives great otherwise. There are a few things that we are slowly changing and upgrading on but still a good vehicle other than it doesnt really get good gas mileage.
Do you by chance have the links to your electrical panel setup and the rubber you used for the edges? or is that possibly on ovens garage as well? Awesome build keep up the killer work God bless
Have you researched about putting the condenser behind the intercooler? I thought about the same thing, but everything Ive read said it needs the most airflow, and if you notice, they are always closest to the grille on every vehicle. Hopefully it works good.

Hey Tim, have you gotten the attention of Robert Schwarzli yet? He's the OG master builder of custom 1st Gen crew cabs. We go way back on TDR together when we were building ours, but he's got way more $$$ and time for his hobby / business.
Thanks, missed it in the video first look at work. Got home and watched in full. Really helping me get my project together with your content! You the MAN!
I gotta say your videos are only getting better and better! Very enjoyable to watch and thank you for showing us first gen lovers how it’s done!
Thanks man! I'm always trying to improve.
I don't think you need to do the interior, you looked right at home on that milk crate!
The truck is coming out awesome!

The ofv was definitely part of the problem. It was only getting 3 or 4 psi once it was running. I put the tork tek in and it's steady at 30 psi

I'm hoping to be about to do this myself, or something like it.

I just had custom ones made. I brought measurements and he made them up
Great video Tim! You do nice work and I can’t wait for the following video to see it all complete.
Will the new a/c system by 134? You should include this on the new video. Info on converting to 134 is hard to find

Which tach do you plan to use?, I just learned that the isspro r5503 I ordered awhile back won't work. The tach needs to be a stator signal tach
I haven't looked into it yet. I was hoping to use the isspro tach...
Do you by chance have the links to your electrical panel setup and the rubber you used for the edges? or is that possibly on ovens garage as well? Awesome build keep up the killer work God bless
I just added a bunch of links.
@@decentgarage Your awesome man. Keep killin it. Love the cummins content and ur lvl of work God bless!
Is this the duralite US-FODAC-26E? If so where did you source ine through? Duralite tells me no longer available
Awesome! Did you get the 200amp alternator or less amps?
Will you be reusing the original sound deadener on the firewall in addition to the kilmat?
I haven't decided yet 🤔

I talked to Tyler Ovens about it. He has seem no negative effects of running it this way
@@decentgarage good deal! I’m in Florida, so we need all the AC help we can get.
Next time you grind around a vehicle you may want to cover it, each one of those sparks is a little piece of iron that will rust on your paint job
