Thank you. My sister died yesterday and I've been wondering why she went before myself. I'm the oldest, I should have gone first, not her. I'm always up at 3 and often I return to bed, but never back to sleep.
Even though my sister apologized for her rudness, I didn't feel it was sincere.
Now she'd gone and I can't talk to her about her behavior toward me.
All this we face or enjoy in this earthly life is All Temporary!
Jesus Christ offers us the Everlasting Godly joy After this life.
Receive and get saved to live for ever with Him.
There is no Nirvana nor Karma.
Man will die once and judged to go to Heaven or Hell for ever!

I start out on my right side and end up on my left side. I begin a prayer and fall asleep before I finish. I work on my own emotions, and everything that goes with it, because it's just what I do. I don't think I'm alone.
You're not alone. I prepare myself for sleep the same way every night.
These Buddhist teachings are amazing and powerful in spiritual and physical world.
But what a pity: you stop just before knowing the only Truth, the Way, the Life ,the only Higher Self of all of us, JESUS CHRIST!!
Man CANNOT find the Divine Creator by his own knowledge and wisdom!

I haven’t been able to sleep on my left side for a very long since I have hurt my upper left arm from strenuous exercise. However, occasionally I turn to my left side in the night and remain sleeping that way until it begins to hurt. Anyway, I am grateful for having learned about the advantages of sleeping on my left side. I hope to gradually make it a habit once I get the treatment from my doctor who have ordered an MRI to see what specific damage I had done.
