I'm back with a tasty video! 🍜 I apologize if the audio isn’t as clear as usual-thanks for sticking with me! I hope you still enjoy the food adventure!
Taiwan is so underrated as a holiday destination. Taiwanese people are super friendly, the food is delicious and the nature is beautiful. I can't wait to get back there
@AromaticBeauty its going to be a while because im pregnant so will have to wait till little one is old enough for that kind of trip. I live in the east coast and a flight to Taiwan will be at least more than 12 hours i think my husband said its 16 hrs getting out from California. Our trip to California was 6 hrs 😅 thats just too much for the lil ones. My mother in law has a house there shes always traveling back and forth. But one day for sure will have to go there. I also want to see the new years fireworks at the Taipei tower too.
Omg I live in Taiwan! I’m Australian, but Taiwan is my second home. I love it here. The people are so friendly, the food is amazing (best place for vegetarians like me), and there’s so many interesting places to explore. So glad to see you here! Also! If you want the best pineapple bun, you have to go to Shida Night Market. The ones there are heavenly!
If you want the best pineapple bun, you have to go to Hong Kong. I think Taiwan also has its own pineapple bun, but the kind showed that's sometimes served with cold butter is definitely originally from Hong Kong.
@@lifeviolet Yeah, definitely! They’re originally from Hong Kong. I’d love to try some in Hong Kong but unfortunately the train ride 20 minutes away is a lot more affordable than a flight to Hong Kong. 😂😢
@@tina_yong Hello Tina, I'm from Australia too. Say, have you tried Marion's kitchen No Stir Risotto In A Rice Cooker? I tried it, it's so good. So favorable.
Tina, I'm a big fan of yours! I live in Taiwan 🇹🇼, and when I saw the thumbnail of one of your videos, I thought, "When did you visit Taiwan?!" I was so excited because I would have loved to meet you. I became a regular viewer of your videos during the pandemic when life was tough and boring. Your videos, filled with funny clips and a touch of quirkiness, were such a great source of entertainment. I admire your boldness and the way you speak; you've inspired me in many ways. I also love how you always value and cherish your loved ones-it's so sweet. Big love, sis! Keep creating amazing content, and I'll keep watching and cheering you on!
My friends and I were also recently in Taiwan and we also visited the Raohe night market! The pork buns and the grilled squid were top tier 🤤 just wished that the squid had more smoky flavor and the smell translated to a flavor explosion but it was the softest squid I've had 10/10 would go back ❤ Ximending night market is another must go for more eats!
I've only been to Taiwan once, but I still dream of the night markets. A friend and I split an enormous plate of fresh cut fruit. The wax apples (actual name) are so good.
Ooooh my husband is from Taiwan ive been begging him to take us there th3 food markeys look soo cool. Ooofff the scallion rolls are one of my favorite and the pineapple buns too😍 the seasame dessert ball 😋 i think ive had it before bht store bought 😂
Just wondering who take care of your girl while you are out? We have a toddler too, but am afraid to go places with night market since it might change the sleep schedule
Yes definitely! Cause in Taiwan especially those popular night markets, there’re lots of tourists every week. I would say if the vendors wanna survive in the night market, they must learn the basic English! Or as least know how to communicate with foreigners.

Absolutely! The food was amazing and the temples so beautiful
Nice my husband is Taiwanese been begging for the past 10 years to take me there 😂😂😂 but i guess he don't want to travel that far
@@MrsChangalang you should just book the flights! Does he still have family there?
People probably do when it‘s in near distance like with Tina. (They just don’t post about it) It‘s more expensive for others.

Oh wow, are there a lot of vegetarian options in Taiwan? I never would've guessed. Is it the case for street food as well?

Omg Taiwan! That's where both of my parents are from, so I'm excited to watch this video :)) + their night markets are soo fun
Tina is my fav escapism vlogger
As a native Taiwanese, I must say that apart from bread, which is a Hong Kong delicacy, the other choices are really representative of Taiwan!
I see a theme of bread, beef & onion. Looks delicious! Especially the squid!!!! 😋
Welcome to Taiwan, Tina!!! So happy to see you here 🥰
Thank you!! 😊

I don’t like pork, green peppers, scallions or squid….. I may starve at the night market! Lmao! The desert looked good!
Good morning tina❤
Good morning!
Love you vids
next time, plzz try some Bangladeshi food😇😇
the background song is so feed meimei coded
I must go
It hits different seeing the thumbs up rating system out in “public food” setting 😂 I don’t know how to explain
would love to see if there's halal food options or not
Is there any vegetarian food available in this market?
Just curious… why are you putting the conversion in USD instead of AUD?
Do vendors in the market understand English so customers can order?
Yes definitely!
Cause in Taiwan especially those popular night markets, there’re lots of tourists every week.
I would say if the vendors wanna survive in the night market, they must learn the basic English!
Or as least know how to communicate with foreigners.
❤❤❤
Taiwan is nice city..
