    Just watched my second lesson of yours, brilliant. I actually purchased a topsin pro in the last few weeks so I will certainly be following these tips with my practice.

    Thank you, for me it's really valuable video - when I am on rally concertising on turning and moving up - my shot became incredible precise. More over - shoulder has less stress and save energy.

    Should the timing of the drop be roughly in sync with when the ball bounces?

    whats the best stance for the forehand the open or closed stance ?

    • @2MinuteTennis
      @2MinuteTennis  2 года назад +1

      The lower the ball the more likely it’s closed. The higher the ball the more likely it’s open.

    Can anyone explain why we can’t swing across the body? And how is tennis a “lifting” sport?

    • @2MinuteTennis
      @2MinuteTennis  3 года назад +1

      Happy to explain. Every ground stroke you hit needs to go up off your racket otherwise it’ll hit the net. And since topspin is needed to bring the ball down win hitting hard, swinging up helps lift the ball up over the net AND it produces topspin to bring the ball back down. The best players at any level are always the ones who can produce a lot of topspin for control, consistency, and accuracy on their fastest shots. Thanks!!!
