Same kinda lol, I went vegetarian this last June 2020, and then last month in July I said fuck it and went fully vegan. So it has been a little over a month now and I love it!!! I've tried so many different foods in this past month than I have in the span of YEARS.
Awesome. I knew she was Vegan friendly but didn't realise she was a Vegan herself. Great news. Hopefully her and Will.I.am can inspire a third judge to go Vegan 😸😸😸

Yes. THIS. To stand up against cruelty and think for yourself in a world that thinks nothing of cruelty to other species is extremely empowering.
Stopped eating red meat 🥩 in 2001 and stopped eating all other meat about 4 years ago. Mostly vegan at this point and I agree that I’m doing this for health, animal welfare and environmental impact. My parents died from obesity related issues that became heart disease and high cholesterol. I don’t want to preach to people, but instead live my life as healthy as I can.

It is great and she is so natural and real about it. Where are the other Irish celebrity vegans though ? (Obviously you two fellas are the flag bearers for our little isle and I'm not diminishing your AMAZING presence and highlighting of veganism and health and flowing energy and love that comes from both of you and your families ) It's a shame we can't get someone else on our side of the puddle who has celebrity status to realise the health and beauty and peace of veganism and speak out so eloquently and positively about it (and if there is I missed them so it wasn't loud enough)
Congratulations! I am so happy for you, I went trough the same thing, and decided to change my life starting with my food. It worked and I never felt better! I am so happy to find someone that chose the same path.

I agree with the empathy thing. I used to be really put off by our fellow great apes. Probably because it effected my carnist anthropcenric world view. My view has changed since adopting Veganism.

I absolutely adore Jessie J. She has endometriosis and adenomyosis like myself. She's such an inspiration. Diet massively improves symptoms. Good on her for going full vegan.
Really hate to spoil this lovely story which it is, but I hope she isn’t eating gluten. Gluten and dairy will be the problem for those sort of health issues.

Those who consume animal products "must" see the documentation Dominion and The earthling. I've been vegetarian before, been more involved with the subject, gathering information and always knowing in my heart that a vegan life, especially in this day and age, is the only right way. Dominion and The Earthling have now drawn a line under my uncertainty over the topic.

I see a lot of pictures & things online that'll show a quote next to a celebrity & say something about them being vegan.
I've always been skeptical of those because of how much they can be altered.
Shit, I can write something in quotations next to a picture of a celebrity & everyone will think that person is vegan.
