Yes Boruto’s power definitely overshadowed the rest of the cast which is a little disappointing then again there are only 11 chapters for the series so the potential is still there for characters like Konohamaru, Sarada, kawaki, and Mitsuki in my opinion

The problem is, why did Sarada threaten to kill Kawaki, if she wasn't confident she could? She either has a plan just in case (could be her Mangekyo + a sure-win strategy) or she has reached a level of raw power where she could go toe to toe with current (not future nuclear bomb) Kawaki.

Boruto telling Sage Mode Mitsuki that he’s destroying the environment is something a true sage would say, I mean he literally has a sense of nature chakra so strong that he can manipulate it and use it to the highest form of shape manipulation…in essence he’s such a genius at sage mode he can use it without being in sage mode and then make it shape to his will in this case Uzuhiko…it’s just mind boggling to think what he CAN do.

I don’t think it’s a bad thing in fact it parallels the Naruto time skip. People need view things from a different perspective: boruto had the same kinda time skip Sasuke had where they both trained in urgency for a powerful foe ( in borutos case code and the claw grimes and sasukes case was itachi ) meanwhile Naruto was chasing after Sasuke just like kawaki is after boruto / momoshiki. People need to patient because this is literally the first arc of the time skip and just like how Sasuke would’ve dogged the other konoha 12 like he did team 7 post time skip ( even shutting down Naruto’s connection to kurama and kurama even saying he reminded him of madara uchiha ) it makes sense boruto is this strong. Plus the only reason boruto’s trained his base to be this strong is because he can’t use karma so he has a handicap because if momoshiki comes out we’re getting shibuya 2.0 and do you really want momoshiki in a older boruto body with all those new jutsu to play with and remix to his hearts content because momoshiki will embarrass kawaki worse then boruto ever did

I feel the same way i couldnt care less about the power scaling in manga mean progression boruto being strong make sense because he is main character have to get stronger so he can defeat these threats sarada ,and mitsuki already have their own struggle, will overcome , and to become stronger in the future they may not reach boruto level in term of power but, has potential to be.

Boruto is what the boruto version of what Madara meant if he would’ve trained sasuke. After orochimaru, sasuke was well above all team seven and it’s captain and that was beginning of shippuden . Imagine if Sasuke came back just the same way , but instead Madara trained him?
Then imagine if Madara trained Naruto is what Boruto naturally would be.

I think, even though boruto is not using the karma, he gets some kind of boost from it just existing because he is now 100% otusutki. Or maybe boruto is showing if an ostusuki trains what level of power they will get. Because base boruto if he was human,even after such training couldn't reach to at least jigan level power.
Someone mentioned that Boruto will gain access to Shibai's powers,but the way i see it is, Boruto will meet Shibai in the same way that Naruto and Sasuke met Hagoromo in Shippuden,i also theorize that Shibai will grant Boruto the Jougan eye similar to how Hagoromo gave Sasuke his Rinnesharingan in Shippuden.. although i don't really want it to happen like that especially since Toneri said that the Jougan will be the light that will dispell the darkness so i actually hopes he awakens it in time of need maybe it could be what aids him when momoshiki takes control over his body since the eye is laying dormant in him.

Just a niche theory here but what if Boruto is able to access a dimension where the said dimension time flows slower and Boruto trained there for ages but in real time it would have been merely hours or days. Unlike the daikokuten dimension where time doesn’t flow.

no. manga don't annouce how many chapters they'll be. Ikemoto said way back in 2017 he hoped, key word hoped, to have the entire naruto franchise wrapped up in 100 volumes, which would be: 72 volumes of naruto+naruto gaiden the seventh hokage and scarlet spring+20 volumes of boruto naruto next generations. If that 100 volume number was in tact, we'd only have 4 more volumes since chapter 12 concludes volume 3 of two blue vortex. it's not close to finishing yet. just enjoy the ride
I think it's a good path. They need to regulate the power scaling by not throwing Boruto everytime on screen for us to see the development of side characters

I’m curious I might be waaaaaay off but while listening to your video, it came to me that boruto and sasuke seem to parallel the story of future trunks and gohan to a degree. With there being a possibility of time travel being part of the story, could it be that the boruto we have is actually a boruto of the future??? He’s return to the past to do what he couldn’t do during his time. He seems to be very knowledgeable of how things play out and strengths. Maybe modern day boruto lost control of momoshiki and this boruto came to make amends. Let me know what you all think.

Yes Boruto has grown more than the others but for everyone theres a reason.
Kawaki: Boruto becoming stronger means kawaki will feel weaker and do everything to get stronger to kill him.
Sarada: she's the 'girl in need'... So yes she can be strong but still leave moments for Boruto to be her hero.
Mitsuki: Boruto had to be stronger so Mitsuki would realize if he wanted him.dead he would be. But he didnt to prove that hes not the enemy.
Code: code is a doorstep. boruto had to.seem.stronger so everyone.would think of code as a joke just until he does something reckless and becomes a threat.
Konohamaru: Boruto is like Naruto. The stronger he looks the more he would resemble the likes of minato and Naruto. And as his mentor he would recognize his fighting style

I think even if Boruto has God's Powers he doesn't know just yet. I think just as Naruto trained and practiced Boruto will come to those powers later as he is pushed to another level as Naruto was pushed. To lay it all on the line, in the beginning, makes no sense because Boruto will be over. Also, there will be other enemies to whom his God's Powers will be revealed. Even though the children are much stronger than Naruto children when they were young, in a sense they are still much weaker at the time. You're absolutely 💯 correct when you say they are not trained enough in combat training. As we all know experience is the best teacher in real life and Boruto it's not like they have a genius on the side other than Boruto. In Naruto looking back, there were plenty whether it was someone good, or a villain, they all had their level of strength. We that being said, they will all have to learn to use their true power to get stronger.

Boruto’s problem is the opposite of Naruto’s. Naruto was forced to confront his inner demon and attempt to control that power as best as he could while learning the basics and more powerful ninjutsu.
Boruto is a genius who learns everything with ease, he can rely on the high level techniques and ninjutsu he’s learned without having to utilize his karma. The more difficult the fights that Boruto’s encounters become, the less likely it will be that he will be able to keep Momoshiki at bay. Boruto has to master the power of Karma and overcome Momoshiki.

there's nothing that says that, as strong as Kaguya. You could argue given he was relative to rinnegan obito(white mask) that Minato since he died before reaching his prime could have gotten to six paths level but there's nothing that says he would reach kaguya
