Sanchin and Tensho Points

A discussion about Goju ryu's Sanchin and Tensho kata from our recent kata analysis seminar in here in Carlsbad. This was not a class on these kata, rather a summary of some key points in order to be able to relate (use) Sanchin and Tensho principles in application.

Yamashiro Sensei taught me SANCHIN and Tenso, and it is remarkable how closely you cover the same material....a wonderful refresher...thank you

Check out " SANCHIN three battles : by Sensei Pervez Mistry " it is an excellent book by a very eminent Sensei.......regards Steve
