Hey P0rthos greate video and good tip on the Stun. As a new player i didn't know shooting them takes off the stun, I must have been de-stunning my victims for some time now.
Speeder is my favorite ship right from the beginning, i even created my own small utube channel for fun and i hope helpful hints too. But ure vidoes and the gamestyles u show are inspirational :-) ty!

Good idea! I had a rule not to use the overboost for first full minute of the game, and for a while I played without an overboost or nitro at all. Forced me to stay with team and get better at team play.

There is no damage falloff for any weapons other than mortars if they hit on the edges. With missiles it depends on how many you manage to land on your target. With canons, it's consistent damage at any range. The differences you might see are because of defense bonuses people might have installed or trained onto their ships.

why explosive cannon deal so much dame when base dame low, why hit stronger than blast cannon so much, or because talents, exactly which talents make it so strong except dame boost beacause blast cannon have dame boost too
lol duuude! I was waiting for this vid! a few days earlier would have been great :P I had 3k pearls and I decided to get the standard cannon to go with my big torp. I guess big torp+ freeze cannon can work also, the explosive cannon seems easier to use thought I can't run banana boat till it's mk4 at least (too squishy and under powered I feel) so I'll use the shooter till then (mk3 shooter soon mk4) keep up the good work p0rthos!
standard canon is great on almost any boat once you train and power it up. Its low cooldown time means it will always be there when you need it. My personal favorite weapon in the whole game.
It is definitely still a bit OP at high levels. Just look at top 25 players to see evidence of that. That's mostly why I stopped playing it, I like the challenge, and Defender is the least loved boat in the game. Don't worry though, the devs have all the data and will adjust accordingly.
That's only because he's spent a crazy amount on the game. The best speeder would have to be someone like jumpannen who made it very high with mostly rares
Justin Shao Cool, I use speeder at 3200 with T4E explosive cannon, T4R sniper cannon, T3/L24R tesla bolt, T2/L15R overboost and T1/L6E nitro. I only git to mk5 a week ago
I think it's almost impossible to get duplicated epics cause you cant buy them. He has 4-5 evolution to all items. As I don't believe in luck, he is either the developer or a very big spender :).
Porthos, can you make a guide on how to effectly use defender? Right now I try to distract enemy team and try to soak up hits for the lower hp teammates. But I really want to improve my gameplay with defender.
Boss Nicholas you dont need that much speed lol. Speeders are already fast enough with a good turbo, and since speeders generally have low health, tesla bolts and shields can help speeders avoid damage.
Well thanks but to me all boats should have 3 weapons, the speeder isn't all of that good, it depends on the equipmwnt u have and now with the game so greedy for money and parts are so hard to get building a Tesla shield will be nerve recking
you are a funny guy. speeder curently is the most used ship in top global ladder and you saying its not that good? it's broken as fuck, stun shield movement speed and between each yellow utility item they have enough dmg dealing items.
Ha, the items make the beat the boat don't make the items, up their it might be but down here it doesn't last all of that long becasue it gets targeted 1st, and shooter is the most op ship in the game carrying 5 weapons shots from afar and can continue to shoot constant barrage of projectiles on the enemy,with out a big sheild a shooter is shit and won't survive long, it also has the lowest defence in the game

for a mk4 would you recommend shield turbo or bandage turbo?
Wolfenout Gaming I used turbo bandage when I was at mk4 it's better as you can run away and heal even without a fixer.

nah, it's not luck, just patience and time. I got my epics the old fashioned way- waiting and grinding. It works just fine, but it takes time.
