Could you please advice, is it possible for citizen of country of Georgia (Tbilisi) to buy vehicle at UK copart? or should I refer to licensed company/person, to buy vehicle on behalf of me and organise shipping from UK to Georgia?

I don’t know much about international buying procedures but I have seen people buy from the uk from over countries so it’s definitely possible but I’m not sure how you go about it unfortunately!
