Virtual Riot once again showing why he's the king of melodic dubstep. I was just about on my way out the door to work and I literally stopped getting ready , sat down just to listen to this once the intro started. I saw some other people saying that this song didn't work for them, but it definitely did for me. Smooth as possible sound design, beautiful vocal modulation, and the intricacy and melody that I've come to expect from VR, but almost pushing into glitch territory, very cool. This had me from start to finish. What a great start to my day.

I must admit that second drop is pioneering within the EDM genre its like flume/goldwater type shit probably the best thing ive heard in EDM this year by far. Maybe im just baised because ive been following chime since he was d3cember ahhaah.

People keep saying stuff like this and asking things like the time signture. It's just 4/4 with a layed back on the beat feel but it seems to confuse the hell out of everyone.

I remember hearing him play this at Couchlands last month, I am SO glad he decided to release it in full, this is probably the best thing we've gotten from him in a while.

Ayy I always love his melodic side, and now? It's just a masterpiece to me and it totally sounds gorgeous.The only wish is that I wish he kept Sunflower's acapella in the second verse, it goes well together.
But that's just a minor problem, I'm gonna download this one.
It really is one of the best VR song in a while. Sure Self Checkout was outstanding, but this is seriously a beautiful piece of art

It is amazing how each track from Virtual Riot always seem to try something different in various genres. The future Bass elements on 2:47 is nice!
That second drop supposedly inspired Marauda to make his track "home". Both are truly amazing artists and songs, and it's cool to see them interact like this.

This is possibly my new favorite virtual riot song
VR still on other level as far as sound design with KOAN Sounds. So many layers and little folly glitches especially in that second drop. The transitions between parts of the songs are so smooth and each section is so unique while guiding you on this journey trough what feels like a dream.
I hope this sparks a new wave in the community because as much as a love bangers I love melodic so much more.

I've been waiting for this so long, now I can finally listen to it with a decent quality, and it's amazing
Virtual Riot is such a versatile producer, and although I don't quite like his riddim tunes, I gotta give it to him, he's such a skilled producer and he puts out very unique stuff; it's kind of a shame that he has so many unreleased IDs that will never make it to being full releases

Lol I use FL, and Ableton, because, they both have positives. I have used garage band but not logic, ive seen a friend use it and its features are extremely similar...
@@moosikman4656 Well yeah, you can do most stuff in most DAWs. Unless it's something niche like Bitwig or Renoise, the biggest differences are stock plugins and small workflow changes.
