What's really impressive about this Sea Kings very gifted quarterback is not so much all the TD passes but, all the wide receivers very talented making all these wonderful catches. Great coaching from top to bottom. Wonderful footwork, incredible arm & fundamentals by this quarterback. I grew up in the South Bay Area was born there. Nice to see the high school do well!!!
Congratulation Palos Verdes. Last year they should have been D2A also but the CIF decided to put them in playoff Div 2 with Mission Viejo, Oaks Christian, Long Beach Poly, Servite, Serra, Bishop Amat and Los Alamitos. Palos Verdes was the only Division 2 team playing against straight up Div 1 teams what a croc. CIF did Palos Verdes Dirty Last Year.
To the Twin Bridges Players: Congratulations on a great season. You played your hearts out and have the trophies for your hard work. Fellow students, alumni, and future students will be proud and honor your success for years. Well done. #23 you are a stud and I would have enjoyed coaching you. I guarantee you would have led the league in rushing. To the Twin Bridges coaches: Ya' almost took them all the way. As an undefeated team, I cannot grip about your coaching for all but one game. The last and most crucial game. As a player, we lost our three postseason games against three powerful teams. Then we did what Palos Verdes did and never lost again. State Champs in 1975. As a coach, I've taken two football teams to undefeated seasons and one basketball team to State finals at 25-4, losing to the state champs. Why do I say this, because you coaches got OUTCOACHED. Why do I say this? because you either did not scout and see that PV had no ground game and they were lethal via the air or saw their record coming in and through. You can just show up, and your star players will step up. Never gonna happen at the state championship level. What happened is that your team got railroaded and shellshocked. They did not get outplayed. Your team got outcoached. Why did you hesitate to run the ball? Q4 stats show PV could not stop the run. it wasn't until halfway through the 4th you decided to run, and boom, big gains and touchdowns. But you let the PV QB rack up big play after big play. mid range or deep it made no difference PV shredded your pass coverage. at times when the score was manageable, you still had 7 or 8 players 5 yards off the line, and when your defensive backs crouched up, the PV QB threw over the top for an easy pass and catch.
12B wasn’t able to really run the ball until the 4th quarter. That’s because PV emptied its bench on defense in the 4th quarter and of course 12B kept its starters in the game.😊 12B did have some success running the ball prior but PV’s defense didn’t allow any explosive runs from #23 or #5 that they were use to getting against inferior defenses. If I’m coaching against 12B and I see that their secondary is the weakest link…I don’t need to make my running game the focus hence (6) TD passes by PV. Btw as a side note PV 3rd string RB scored a 70 yard TD run against 12B defense in the 4th quarter…if necessary PV starters could have run the ball with much more success but obviously it wasn’t necessary.
@@bige4567 you are not understanding what I am saying... PV had to overcome horrible officiating during their league play... those especially during the Mira Costa game... I am NOT talking about the Central Section officials..

PV beat their opponents and the horrible officiating crews from the South Bay Football Officials Assoc. worst officiating unit in SoCal
