Lovely jack. I'm using the basic 2 and 3 tonne steel Halfords ones but they fall short in some areas where i can see this jack excelling. The twin pistons cut a whole load of pumping, the weight and the rubber pad as standard. The Halfords ones don't even offer one as an accessory. The release being by the jack handle is way more convenient than having to locate and turn a little tab as well.
I got myself a Sealey 3000LJ, 3 tonne and 500mm lift height, and 3 height safety lock a few years back. Found it new for £99. 37Kg though and min saddle height is up at 145mm. It’s the safety lock that is a game changer.
@@HatBoyHarveyLove the channel by the way. I’ve had a Mk1 Fabia VRS since 2007. Still running with nearly 300,000 miles on it. I’ve done most of the jobs you’ve done to your car, a lot of the jobs done with help from your guidance.
The timing of this video is uncanny. I just bought something almost identical to this in Halfords but it's within 30 days so I'm tempted to return it. The only reason I'd consider returning it is because it's literally double the weight of your Sealey one. Lifting a 34 kg box into and out of a car is NO JOKE when you've got a dodgy back, so I might keep it after all esp as I paid only about £99 on promo. The usual price is £130. Sadly mine doesn't have a side carry handle.

Does colour co-ordination cost extra?
It comes standard @ HBH
Hi, the color of your new hydraulic jack goes well with your car.
