Nice video! Here is my 2 cents. Make sure you put the ticker alongside the company name. Sadly, the top 5 REITs based on your analysis have DY a below 5%, which kinds of goes against the objective of REITs investing.
Blokes 10 months to late buying in REITS. Filled me boots last year with US REITS and UK REITS start of this year. ABR I own at $10.49, AGNC $7.60, MPW $7.80, SOHO 43.50p, CSH 52.50p just a few I own. I am king of the REITS who needs tech stocks.
isnt iipr cannabis farms? wonder what legality is for non-us citizens as you're effectively involved in what might be the illegal trade drug in your country.
P/E ratio is irrelevant in reit investing. You should look FFO and AFFO.
You are right P/E does not show how a Reit is better value only FFO & AFFO do that.
