Yeah, it's highly likely he knew it was Ryan's Roses, but that doesn't make him guilty, it just means her knew who he was on the phone with (I'm sure I would kniw if Ryan called me too and to the best of my knowledge I'm good). Also, as a professional procrastinator myself I don't see how their theory proves he's guilty, neither did anything I heard in his tone. I don't believe him, but I don't disbelieve him either.
