I will be honest here Accelerator is the best character in the show to me atleast not because he is cool or anti hero it's just because his dialogues in his iconic moments just hits different

I dont see many amvs that use the english dub lines so well, the captions were also nice. Love the amv, accelerator is my favorite anti-hero character.
Craziest thing is as much as he fights the ideal of a hero, he slowly becomes one. Every sacrfice made and pain he went through shaped hes destiny, a quote i like a lot "From down in the dark, up into the light"
Thanks..cant believe how many people teared up apparently. Austin Tindle is one of my favourite Dub VAs. Im more of a Sub person but I use dub alot in my edits so subtitles don't get in the way and Dub is good for Voice overlays. So I usually see both the dub and sub and Toaru has a great dub (season 1 was a bit iffy but they got into it after that) I do perfer the sub for certain moments but Austin Tindle voice is just unique and it fits for Accelerator. I fell in love with his voice when he did Ken Kanekis Centipede voice which was amazing. But I do perfer accelerators laugh in the sub lol

Also, what made those parts so tearjerking, to me, was the melancholic way the singer sang it while paired with the images. I feel it really highlights the pure tragedy every aspect of Accelerator's life is. Its hard to describe, but you nailed it, intentionally or otherwise.

I also wanted to show his change throughout the series. Cause alot of reactor that look at Accelerator AMVs only see him as this crazy character so I wanted to show that crazy but also his other aspects. Austin Tindle has voiced Karma Akabane (Assassination Classroom), Ken Kaneki (Tokyo Ghoul) and loads more I'm currently helping someone so I can't name more since I'm distracted but his voice is distinct but in a great way

Its absolutely refreshing for an AMV to highlight him and his character arc, rather than just the crazy cool things he does. Accelerator is so well written I swear. On the other note, I actually had heard Austin briefly as Karma, I've only seen just a handful of the dubbed Assassination Classroom though

@@themidnightwalker3226 The song is Hero by Mike Mains (You can find it on Tomee Profitts channel. alot of great songs on there) The idea i had was basically a trinity with the song names as the titles you have: Accelerator The "Monster" Hamazura The "Survivor" Touma The "Hero" I want to do the 3 protaganist of Index before i move onto Misaka and such. I actually had a project in mind for the sisters since they are my favourite part of Index/Railgun. I'm planning to watch Toaru with Kage in a couple weeks (Kages a fellow editor for the channel) So that might get me back in the mood to finish the Touma AMV. - ItsPsych_ (PsychoEdits)

I'm waiting for season 4 of Index cause I want to see the adaption of New Testament as I keep hearing good things about those books. The anime isn't even halfway done adapting the source material lol there are 50+ volumes and they've only adapted the first 23 or close too. And Railgun still needs more seasons. As for the accelerator anime they only have enough material from the manga to make 1 more season then they'll probably do the Black Matter manga adaption lol
Waiting for the New Testament anime, I wanna see the three heroes in action together for the first time! Also this talk about the Dark Matter manga makes me want an Astral Buddy anime, damn that was a good manga
Does anybody wonder if when toma was speaking he wasn't just talking to accelerator he was almost expressing his own reason for doing it which was to keep mikasa off the battlefield
From I recall, Touma's words were him strengthing his own resolve too. Remember at this time Touma was going through an internal conflict after what Fiamma had said to him in regards to his heroism being selfish and a deception to Index. He was second guessing whether what he was doing was right and not that different from Fiamma. So the words he was saying to Accelerator could very well be words he needed to say to himself. "It doesn't matter if you don't have a grandiose reason. It doesn't matter if its a selfish desire. What matters is that this is what you want to do, which is to help someone. That's all that matters. Who cares about whether what you're doing is perceived as being a hero or villain. Just continue to fight for what you believe is right."

Also like to use dub cause it's easy for voice overs without having to write the subs myself. But I've recently been using less dub in my AMVs unless I really enjoy the dub. But when I first started AMVs I used dubs so the subs wouldn't show up. But over the years I've learnt better ways while keeping the sub. So the only time I use dub is if it's my only choice or like I said before I enjoy the dub. Anyways glad you enjoyed the AMV despite it being in dub - ItsPsych_ (PsychoEdits)
