I would advise waiting a little bit as we don't yet know what the next version requirements will be as it is moving to a new interface based on unity, There's not actually a great deal different from the console versions however, the difference mainly comes down to interface (mouse vs controller), number of leagues (10 vs unlimited in theory) and the biggest being custom databases and mods.
