- Honestly… I don’t think it’s possible to recreate this at home.

RECIPE:
There is no recipe. U just gotta sauté everything, dump it into the pot, and then u gotta let the sauce tell u when it's ready Fam.
Makes 6 jars of sauce!
INGREDIENTS:
• 4 large jars of Prego tomato sauce
• 1 jar of salsa (we used Pace picante hot sauce)
• 1 block of cheddar cheese
• 4 onions, (white & red onions, diced)
• 2 large bags of mushrooms, sliced (get the BIG pack)
• Tricolor bell peppers, sliced (maybe 3-4 of each color)
• 6 cans of black olives, halved & save the juice!
• Kraft parmesan cheese for da top
• 6 bulbs of Garlic
• Vegetable Oil (for pan before red sauce, for browning meat)
• 1 bag of frozen meatballs
• 2 lbs of ground turkey
• Crumbled meat substitute (if ya vegan)
• Soy sauce (and sriracha if u feelin spicy)
Meat seasoning:
• Sea Salt
• Oregeno
• Italian Seasoning
• Basil
• Parsley
• Red chili powder
• Rosemary

I put "ginamos juice". For the southern part of Philippines, it's usually a condiment/appetizer. It's my alternative for msg.
One thing I add to my sauce is a beer.. Budweiser is best.. I don’t always but use to see my grandma do it and I thought I’d try.. Hope you guys stay safe 😷
