Main goal of these video concept ideas:
My main goal for these kind of videos is to be as creative as possible!
Let me explain:
- Firstly, my very first channel Mixeli (But also my latest one Volipok) post tons of Gameplays from Every Generation (Which once again was played and recorded by myself in it's entirety. It took me many years of works.)
My video have Educational Value and let me explain why: It does provide help to the user who watch the video. One of the few example for that is which musics is played from my gameplays. It could easily be found on video cards (The exclamation mark "!" you see on the video above at the right) and vice versa. (This mean that on this video for example, you could also find my actual battle gameplays of where this music is played)
- Secondly, My video are transformative enough, I took the time to play the game and recording the musics. I took the time to improve it's original quality using Vegas Pro. Thanks to a program called "Track EQ" that you can find on Vegas Pro.
This program allow the user to enhance it's original quality and further improving it. This need concentration as each version has different audio quality.
- Thirdly and as you have noticed: On each Generation, I use different background that I bought on a website called Shutterstock. (Which I have bought at least 336 pictures background, just so I can become as creative as possible and also work on a lot of different style using those background)
This kind of concept was created by myself since 2011. Today it has become one of the main concept of my channel that I personally created.
- Lastly is to bring the community together. I have noticed that so many people are commenting and giving their opinions on the video, sharing their experience about characters from the game, confirming theory, saying funny stuff and I find this extremely amazing and interesting! I don't want their comment to be unnoticed so I have plan for the future of my content about commenting and sharing their experience on videos that I will produce one day!

And you need venom from something to create antivenom, so that could be a reason as well
this really fits the postgame lightheartedness quite well, really feels like you're at the end of your journey and just enjoying yourself
And what a journey it was. I must say I quite enjoyed this game.

It’s all fun and games until you realize that if you happen to battle Arven in the tournament with the second Koraidon/Miraidon you caught, you’re literally fighting him with the creature that KILLED HIS PARENT
The only right thing to do in that moment is to let him defeat it. A hollow victory since what’s done is done, but a victory nonetheless
Was it Koraidon/Miraidon specifically, or did the place get overrun by paradox pokémon?

I would like this song if it wasn’t the only one that plays during the tournament, because you get sick of it after a while. If it came only with teachers that didn’t have their own theme it would be a lot better.

I find it funny how easy it is to recognize Toby's style as soon as you know he's the composer of something. "Oh yep, there's the strong melody that repeats itself to establish a motif. Oh yep, there's the key shift into the lighter, softer middle section. Oh yep, there's the rockin' guitar doubling the melody to add intensity. Oh yep, there's the complex arpeggios in the background."
I cannot believe this man went from composing music for Homestuck and making a fun little indie game in his spare time to beating Masahiro Sakurai in Smash and working shoulder-to-shoulder with Go Ichinose in under 10 years. What a goddamn legend.
At this point, they should just add a guy in a Sans costume as a battleable NPC, and no one will argue with that.

@@JediWilli Really? That's quite interesting because it's really reminiscent of something he'd arrange. Maybe he rubbed off a little on on Go Ichinose? Still odd though because this sounds like a natively Western melody but previous games have tended to lean into Japanese progressions.

Me personally, all I hear in the beginning section is just the SM elite 4 theme, and I’m not complaining
My only complaint is how that particular part of the song isn't heard until like 4 minutes into the battle.
If I had a nickel for every time "Together We Ride" was inserted in a Pokemon theme, I'd somehow have two nickels.

I like the concept of rebattling random trainers that are of "elite four" difficulty and having the elite four show up is cool too but I think it would be nice to be able to re-battle the league like in every other game. There is no reason they couldnt leave that programmed in. Heck, they could do what the Battle Resort from Platinum did and have the elite four have a full team of 6 in these refights.
I think the reason you can’t battle the elite four again is because there’s no reason to. In other games it was to defend your title of champion. In this game however you are a champion but you aren’t THE champion. It’s kinda like passing a final exam in school. You don’t have to go back and take the quiz again if you get an A+

I’m positive the DLC will give us an E4 rematch of some kind. Maybe they open a new division to test current champions/keep their rank.
tbh if they update the game the biggest thing for the endgame would be tiny quests for each gym or team star leader to convince them to join the academy ace tournament

This theme was made by Toby Fox (the creator of Undertale and Deltarune). He confirmed that in a new "newsletter" he does in emails

@@hiddenmaster6062 Well that's your opinion, I've literally never seen anyone say that. His song in SwSh felt kinda different to the rest of the soundtrack, but it was very good so most people liked it. These new songs he did for Scarlet and Violet are not only great but they fit the game very well, while still having some of the "Toby Fox" style in them.
If Scarlet and Violet didn't have the Ed Sheeran song as the credits theme, this would make a great replacement! It's upbeat and triumphant and utilities both the Academy theme and series theme :)
Yeah imagine it creating a slideshow or collage of moments from your adventure or showing little tidbits of lore and postgame resolutions as this song plays.
Out of all the trainers you face with this. My favorite has got to be Dendra. This theme just fits her so well! Especially as she's jogging in place and occasionally wiping her brow. The music fits that animation so well! I also love the little pat she gives her pokeball when her pokemon faint. Top tier animation.

People are complaining about the postgame being lackluster while I'm here spending hours going to class, doing raids, shiny hunting, ruinous pokemon hunting and trying to complete the pokedex lol.
I'm hoping they'll announce the DLC after I've managed to complete all the above. I have a feeling the DLC story will take us back to Area Zero.
I mean... the third Legendary is rumoured to be linked to the Tera crystals.
And Tera Crystals are from Area Zero
I'm hoping they at least wait to announce DLC until after the stability and performance issues are at least mitigated... Cuz man, this game is fun but it's also really lackluster in the polish department...

I'm kinda use to games with bad graphics and framerate drops so I didn't struggle as much with this game as other people did.
I'll admit I have found issues and glitches but they made me laugh more then anything.
But yeah, they'll probably patch it before the DLC.

Havent seen anyone complain yet, but people always complain on the other side tho. I´m having a blast aswell shiny hunting, farming raids and building my competitive teams. I´m sure we´ll get some kind of Dynamax Raid Adventure style content with tera raids in the future with DLC

@@OTGamer95 all he made was the Tera Raid Battle Theme, Academy Ace Tournament theme, Battle! Zero Lab, and the original composure for Area Zero, which Gö Ichinose later rearranged into what we hear in the game.
He also composed the academy’s main melody, which is used in songs by other people throughout the game.
I’ve always had a thing for postgame themes that feel like a celebration/reward of a long journey and there have been a few in Pokémon I’ve liked but nothing like this…my goodness I can’t get this out of my head and this is after already beating the game and hearing so many songs I already really liked

This game was developed during the Covid 19 pandemic and Japan took serious precautions for quarantine. Sadly I doubt the sound team were in the same room.

Finding out this was composed by Toby Fox is WILD. They really are incorporating his work into the pokemon games as a whole!
Co-composed. It was a group effort.
Found out from his news letter that he sequenced this, “Tera Raid Battles,” and “Battle! Zero Lab.” He also composed “Area Zero,” which was arranged by Go Ichinose. He wrote a melody for the Academy that ended up being arranged by different composers as the field music for the whole game.
The tera raid battle music keeps getting stuck in my head, when I looked it up I wasn't at all surprised he composed that one lol
@@zero9112 Nope, the only one that he co-composed was Area Zero. This song, Tera Raid Battles, and Battle! Zero Lab were entirely composed by him. Additionally, he wrote a theme for Academy that ended up being used as a field theme across the game.

This sounds like a fantastic friendly rival battle theme. Like, I can imagine battling the Unova gang to this.
I'm happy they let us rechallenge too. good for levels
Same with Gym leader rematches and Team Star Rematches, even the Titan Pokemon come back too and you can catch them.
I think the only ones you can't rechalleng are Rika and Poppy for some reason, at least to my knowledge.

@@Temnxeiz it's just busy work til the tournament is ready to launch after that u can't enter the gyms they no longer show up on the map. The League worker just congratulates u on becoming champion but he's blocking the entrance
The saxophone and flute (albeit maybe not real instruments) just hit differently. This was one of the best songs in the whole game

The piano is amazing and it’s my favorite part it captivated me every time and also the entire song sounds like it’d be in Mario and Luigi Dream Team.

this sounds awesome. the best music they could have composed for the tourny. to me, it feels like it not just caps the adventure nicely with a casual tourny for the story. but this sounds like this is playing at the last week of school before the kids get let go for summer break from poke school. so the staff decide to prepare a tourny for the kids. idk, thats wat pops to my mind.

I love how hard this track goes with sax. Delicious mix of sax, flute, trumpet, and guitar. And don't think I didn't pick up those bell chimes being all subtle in the background at 0:27 and 1:02.

I like this theme, but I do wish that it only played for trainers that don't have specific themes tied to them, like the school staff. It'd be nice if it played Penny, or Nemona, or Geeta's theme whenever you battle them again.

With no doubt this is one the best battle themes in ages... Speaking of ages, I feel like this track does a great job in representing the main idea of the game: past played by analog instruments and future played by digital ones.
One of my favourite things about the game is in the Tournament, when my trainer is switching pokemon and throws out a new one, the joy on my trainer's face is so palpable.

Apparently Toby Fox creator of Undertale composed this theme which makes sense now (haven’t bought Scarlet or Violet)

This is one of my favorites from this game
Such a fun theme. So exciting and lighthearted and fun while still being a bit intense. It reminds me of a quote from SSX Tricky whenever you reached the absolute final stage: "You've come a long way and this is the cherry on top! Chew it slowly..."

As much as i absolutely love this theme, it can get pretty tiring sometimes lol, especially when we couldn't listen to themes like Arven's, Penny's, Nemona's or even Geeta's themes again because they keep playing this theme :')
Listening to this in headphones is better than without headphones. I literally put Penny’s theme over this theme whenever she came up to battle.

The Academy Ace Tournament is my favorite part of the game. I love this gen as a whole, but the tourney takes the cake for me. The reason?
There's no real pressure. All that is gone now. You're done. You've proven yourself. You've toppled titans and totaled starmobiles. You've become the truest of Champions, saved Paldea, and established yourself as the strongest trainer in the region. And now, it's time to just battle your heart out and have fun with your friends and teachers - all in the name of having a good time.
My brother said this theme sounds wack and horrible idk why. This theme is incredible and amazing imo!

For a lot of the Scarlet and Violet themes, I just like to imagine a bunch of Wooper and Clodsire are vibing to the music or even playing it. I leave you with the mental image of Clodsire playing a Saxophone.

I love this battle theme! I fought against every trainer in the tournament just to hear more of this music. Is it me or am I getting Gen 3 Elite Four vibes here? At least with the piano notes in the beginning. Also, I love the sax as most of you guys are saying. And the flute section too... To add more, I love how the melody is the main melody of Mesagoza and the Academy. That's one thing I love about the battle music in this game
This confirms my theory that almost all battle themes can br used in a Mario Kart race and no one would notice. Idk if they did this on purpose since legendaries are motorcycles :v but im ok with this
