I hate Danzo as much as anyone but I can never deny that he is cold with the Windstyle Justus 🥶
Orochimaru was supposed to be similar with the wind style, however the author did him dirty by sealing his arms and afflicting him with a sickness due to his immortality jutsu. There are a lot less capable wind style users in the show than people with any other chakra nature. We have a lot of lightning, fire, water, earth and what about wind? Asuma used it a little, Danzo, Orochimaru a couple of times, Naruto with 1 technique, 1 sand village shinoby used 1 technique, 1 of the Anbu against Pain's dog. Who else?

When Naruto discovered his chakra nature, this is how I imagined he would be fighting in the future. And when they explained the cutting power of wind nature, I pictured him using techniques similar in effect to Sukuna's Cleave and Dismantle. Alas, we got 20 Rasengan variations instead. 😅

This idea that Danzo putt he village first 100% is false. Danzo chose to handle the Uchiha clan in a way that would also benefit himself and add to his power. Every plan he has ever come up to protect the leaf was also to his own benefit.
I personally don't find a lot of evidence for "He only cared about power." Was he ruthless in decision making? Sure, but it's because he convinced himself that everyone around him, including Tsunade, were incompetent and couldn't effectively protect the leaf like he could. Everything was for the village through one simple proverb: "The ends justify the means." Power was simply a vehicle to effectuate that goal. His inner monologuing before his death doesn't make sense any other way.

If that's the case, why would he decide to already have a plan to blow himself up if he loses against Sasuke? Why would he let Shisui's eye go to waste if he didn't want the village secrets go to waste and not let tobi get it?
@@Ichigoat4896 He would activate this reverse seal against whoever he would lose against. he is a master of using seals and marks. The black ANBU all has a seal placed on their tongue to prevent them from talking about him or the black ANBU. He sealed Sasukes movements in the fight. The seal is just another one of his abilities, just this one is a last resort kind of seal to bring an enemy of his/Konoha down with him. He is also very stuck in the old ways of never letting the enemy have any information, even from ones body that could be used against Konoha. I really like Danzo, despite how questionable his actions are, and he really does have the means to stop more or less anyone who couldn't just "phase out" of existence. Even a susano'o couldn't have survived his last seal jutsu.
Also, wanna point out I am not saying this against you, just adding a bit more info on why he isn't fighting for just himself, but the entirety of Konoha.
@@SindreHalvorsen I think you misunderstood me. I was questioning the original commentator who said danzo never cared for village and only about power.
Each mangekyo sharingan has a special ability. When a user unlocks 2 mangekyo eyes, they get 2 special abilities, one in each eye, and the Susanoo, which is unlocked by unlocking both eyes. But it can be used with only one or even without eyes (Like Itachi does when he’s literally blind) once it’s been unlocked.
Danzo didn’t have 10 abilities due to the 10 sharingans in his arm because they were just regular sharingans, not mangekyo.
Izanagi however is an ability that can be used by any sharingan, even regular ones. It’s like a get-out-of-jail-free card. The eye gets wasted and the user gets revived. But it was a forbidden technique so it wasn’t well-known or commonly used by the Uchihas.
Sorry for bringing my own 5 cents, but sharingan does what it has to do to advance the plot. What you said is 100% correct, but the more show continues the more sharingan becomes an ultimate plot device. It is the most broken thing in Naruto and the weakest (easiest/laziest) way to advance a story. Of course in is only in my (not so humble) opinion. Feel free to disagree.

To be fair a kunai never broke until this point.
He literally had a couple good jutsu but used them extremely poorly because of his over reliance one all the sharigan eyes he had implanted

Why didnt Danzo do anything sooner? Because the Third Hokage was still around. Hiruzen was stronger than Danzo, even in their old age. Then he died. And shortly after, Naruto left the village for 2 years. In series, it hasn't been that long since Naruto returned to the village.
Danzos end goal would have been to become Hokage and have full control over the Nine Tails. So no other nation could fuck with him.
I suppose Danzo messed up by not taking advantage of Pains destruction of Konoha, to capture Naruto himself while weakened. Danzo should have either fought Pain or stole Naruto from him, with every trick he had. But he didn't. I guess he was more concerned about the village being completely destroyed.

Only way to activate activate a Susano is if BOTH EYES have Mangekyo sharigans so it wont work for Danzo unless two eyes on his arm have it and we know it’s not that easy to obtain. Love the reactions and can’t wait to see more 🔥
Two eyes are needed to unlock the susano(I actually forgot how the manga phrased it,but it basically means unlock) but in order to activate the susano you don't need both eyes,not even one(after unlocking the ability of course).

I think that the face on his shoulder is because the DNA in his arm has to be capable of holding eyes from the Sharingan, so it's basically just growing compatible eye sockets all over, so a face showing up is just an extension of that.

Danzo's arm is made by orochimaru and its mostly hashirama cella. Well to be more exact its made from the cells of one of the kids orochimaru experimented on mixed with hashirama cells for the crazy regen. The person is Uchiha Shin (the dude from Boruto that was akatsuki and itachi fanboy who got clapped by naruto, sasuke and sakura). He was special cause his body was great at accepting foreign tissues, which made him the ideal lab rat for orochimaru

That also means I read these chapters of the manga with Sasuke vs. Danzo way back when they came out _almost FIFTEEN YEARS AGO and have been a fan of the series for _*_over two decades._*

Don't forget that you need to have the same body as an Uchiha to use Sharingan at full power or you would die fast from the exhaustion. That is reason why Kakashi and Danzo hides it when it is not necessary. It was discussed, when they were chasing Deidara and Kakashi show off his Mangekyo. Same reason why is Kakashi developing it very slowly. Sasuke as a 16 y/o already has Susanoo, while Kakashi is still playing with making objects disappear when he's 31 years old.

There is *no* way in hell they were always planning on aliens being the explanation for how Chakra based abilities work. That was definitely shoehorned in for the climax of the war arc. Honestly aliens have no place in a ninja themed anime. It's silly as hell
I would also not tell Naruto the truth about Sasuke, Sakura knows Naruto the best so she knows that he wouldn't be able to handle the truth about what he friends where going to do with Sasuke. As soon as Naruto was told the truth he had a panic attack. The only difference I would of never interacted with Naruto and just go and find and attack Saskue. But I understand her interacting with Naruto because she has to protect him from Danzo, who's the leader of the village, as well as Sasuke, so she is under extreme pressure.

The timing was not right. Before Danzo can get his hands on Naruto earlier, there’s 3rd Hokage, there’s Jiraiya and also 5th Hokage Tsunade watching over him.
Any big moves Danzo made would reveal his arm and eyes. Once exposed, there’s no more credibility for him. There’s no way he would become the Hokage. Hence he had to bide his time till now.

You'll learn more in the show about eye uses. 2 isn't needed. Like Kakashi. Uses just 1.
Danzo is old, on top of that he has so many sharingan eyes to control with the hashirama cells, both of which are some of the hardest things to control. He had to watch out for madara too. And his right eye was exhausted because he used it to manipulate the samurai which was his main weapon. So, he was fighting an uphill battle.

I don’t understand people who hate Danzo, because everything he said is in fact true... And the people who accuse him of the massacre of the Uchiha clan... these are just people with an IQ below the baseboard, they themselves are not able to understand the title, and even they write. With or without Danzo, the Uchiha clan would have come to an end, Accept it as planned... This is the essence of the blind hatred of the Uchiha clan... Through the fault of someone (I won’t spoil it). The sharingan is already a rare trait in the uchiha clan and the mangyeko sharingan is even more rare than that
Ok, sorry but-
1. Not every Uchiha had a mangeku sharingan, only a few of them did.
2. Even if every eye Danzo colected had the MS, that doesn;t mean he was skilled enough to use it. Just think about how long did it took for Kakashi to lean to activate it.
3. Once an Uchiha achives MS in both eyes, he can use Susanoo, but the Susanoo is actualy activated through the nose, from what I gathered.
4. Gaining eyes from the Uchiha clan does not gauranty the abilty to use Susanoo.

I don't know if you guys read youtube comments, but something about important about Danzo: No. he doesn't care about the village, all he cares about is his own power. He would gladly throw the villagers under the bus if it benefitted them. The proof is in pain arc: the man did absolutely nothing against the pain invasion (even before the shinra tensei thing) purely because he thinks that the village being destroyed would benefit him cuz it'll make Tsunade look bad. While the village was being destroyed, he had no better idea than to put politics over it's people. If it weren't for the happy accident of Naruto making Nagato revive everyone, Danzo would be the hokage of no one's village, because everyone fucking died. The only thing Danzo cares about is himself. The whole "It is for the sake of the village" is just bs that he himself deluded himself into believing. Remember that upon having his genjutsu being detected by the byakugan guy in the 5 kage summit, he had no better comment than to go "maybe I should have kept close watch on hyuga clan": So he was going to essentially make the Hyuga be the next Uchiha in terms of discrimination...Just because it threatens his grasp on power (and only that.), he doesn't truly care about the village and it's people, just himself and his own ideals. This is Why Hiruzen Sarutobi was the 3rd Hokage, and not him. It's also why the guy can't for the life of him win a fair hokage procedure and needs to rely on underhanded tactics and politics, not to mention it's also why he really lives in the shadows: He knows no one is ever going to accept him as Hokage, cuz he's an asshole.

Not gonna lie, I'm enjoying the newfound respect for Orochimaru. Mad scientist types are always fascinating to me. They're usually the ones who dig the deepest, and without anybody noticing.
Kurotsuchi is another of my favorites, from Bleach.
So he only has 1 Mangekyo (Shisui). The rest are all standard sharingan which have the same abilities.. it's only when MS are awakened then they get a special power

After his interaction with Naruto made him realise that he can die happily for his doing and oneday Sasuke can be saved by our hero Naruto (show's name suggests). So I think he might not come back (alive), but there may be some flashbacks about him.

Technically Naruto works for him. It doesn't need naruto about it all and if he did I could have got him a long time ago. Donzo in elder which means they're just respected and the elders words mean a lot but he's not a hokage. they don't trust him he means well for the village but he's just dirty.
He doesnt want to be leaf's nemesis. Going straight out for fox would make him a traitor. One of the biggest reason Madara couldnt take action was Itachi. Now that he is gone, the masked man can move freely
