If the oil/fluid is warmer then it will flow faster, the main demo shows cold oil (15 degrees ambient temperature) used which makes it slower to flow through. Always apply safety when using these tips including wearing glasses & not applying too much air pressure to the point where the cap could blow off 😄
As always thanks for watching 🙏🙏

That is fantastic. I’ve struggled with diff and gearbox oil transfers for decades. Another use for my recently acquired air compressor. Cheers.

Great video, thanks for taking the time to records, edit and share with us. I need to change the rear diff oil on the Wifes Tiguan 4Motion and I was tempted to buy a tool but it seems a bit OTT for transferring about 1litre of fluid.
I was even tempted to try to clean out my pela pump as it's used to transfer dirty oil but I figured I wouldn't be able to get it clean enough in all likelihood.

Cut the bottle 2 inches from the top, Fill the 1 gallon Ziplok bag with oil and run it up the lid. Then screw the cap on with the hose. Now all you have to do is squeeze the bag. no air pump needed........cool eh? Or just squeeze the bottle

Great video!! I just wanted to confirm that it will work with 80-90w rear end gear oil? Thank you.

I find that Shoe Goo is a good rubbery sealer.
