The Crimson Head Ganado was such a creepy and frightening concept.. you can hear and see it taking over his entire body.. You get a glimpse of the tiny tentacles sprouting from every orifice..a taste of things to come.. When you blow off limb , you realize the parasite has grown , spread, and integrated throughout thier entire circulatory system.

Simply amazing video! Just finished this in VR and you make me want to go through again! since Ive apparently missed a lot of cool things (like visiting the sacrificial altar from the opening & treasure hunting with Ashley) BUT I have good news. The bugs you said you aren't a fan of because you cannot one-shot... you CAN one-shot them but only if they are shot while over a large fall.. which is actually quite common
I cannot wait to see what higher quality looks like if this is the standard. I loved the editing of this, the commentary, I also loved how the tier list was short and sweet. S+ tier RE video

I'm really glad you enjoyed it, as for the look of the game I think it might be because I usually make horror games ever so slightly darker than default settings and I keep HDR on. Hope this was helpful!
The vibes I was getting the castle, the Duke it was giving me resident evil four vibes the village, even though it was short it was still giving me the vibes of resident evil for and they also had the boat part. I was definitely getting Rizzio for vibes I had a feeling that they were going to remake it and I was one of those fans that was right about that feeling

If you put your back to the wall and look at the lightbulb at the twin chainsaw fight and shoot 5 mines at the lightbulb then start the fight it insta kills them
Also. 1:42:20 after throwing the golden egg at Salazar, while he’s stunned instead of knifing him, pump 4-5 shotgun shots into him and 2 magnum shots, the boss fight will end in about 15 seconds total, maybe even 10
1:22:10 a good tip for the cqbr I put my stingray In storage, and bring the cqbr with me for the gold knight request, to help save on rifle ammo, technically it’s 20 free bullets and then go sell it after you complete the request, like the creator mentioned, low damage, and rifle ammo isn’t common enough to be dumping 20 round magazines Willy nilly
Perfection is the RE1 Remake, these later games are re-imagined by some idiot at Capcom thinking making the game more dark and less fun is the way to go. RE4 2005 was a fun game with many segments, the remake took half of that out, slapped parts of it on a $10 DLC, they removed the Incinderary Grenades just to added another a bigger grenade, removed the Mine Launcher and replaced it with a fucking usless bow gun. So incompetent that the shooting mini games doesn't even have different backgrounds like the original.
Maybe because I didn't play the original but I thought Salazar was an amazing character and good when he appeared. To me the game was a masterpiece from the enemies to the world and music everything was perfect.
This isn't even a series/game I play(ed), but even I knew Luis* deserved better. I am beyond delighted that such a fantastic, charismatic, fun character actually got what he deserved. I actually hoped he wouldn't die in the RE-makes so we'd see him again, but legit his death here is earned & good for the story & he doesn't feel wasted (no pun intended) like in the original. They did right by their character this time. Baby Eagle was much better done too, & the relationships in general feel more meaningful & "natural", while keeping the camp. * I looked up the name to check spelling & my laptop opened the Wikipedia page for the name "Luis" & it makes me wonder if the writers/devs consciously chose to use this name for the root meanings, etymologically. Either way it's an interesting read.

The hell even is the point of that inital scene with the sacrifice? It seems to have no bearing on the plot, you have to go out of your way to find it in game, and leon iirc hardly comments on it. Its not even a character from a previous game, just random person who leon nor player have any emotional stock invested in.
Yeah, they're very close to being even for me but I think I prefer the Red9 because of how much of a staple that gun was in the original, but next time I do a pistol only run I'll be sure to try the Blacktail as my main handgun and see if my opinion changes. I liked the game but the over implementation of the knife ruined the remake for me personally. It defeats the gun gameplay when you can literally just knife or backstab everything. Using the knife in every fight it got old really quick.
I've now played this game twice, from beginning to end. I can safely say that i absolutely hate this game. It's complete trash and doesn't hold a candle to the original.

Red 9 is not s tier. It's too slow and takes up way too much space in inventory with stock. Blacktail is a better choice
