@@damilolatitus-hn8bm you will have to get one of the acceptable ID. Voter’s card can work. If you don’t have any, contact Payoneer support to return the pending funds back to Fiverr and you use another person’s payoneer account to withdraw it.

Payoneer expects you to 'earn' the $50 not transfer it to the account. And you can only earn through companies that are partnering with Payonerr like; Fiverr, Upwork, clickbank, etc. I hope that is clear enough Boss?

As long as the surname on the utility bill is same as yours, that's fine. You change the Address to the old one on your document or go to the banks to change the address on your account to the new one.
