However, the Karen Marie original version has approximately 2.7 million views today, relative to the Haley Reinhart version with over 102 million views. As this video is being reacted to because it was flawlessly recorded by Haley Reinhart who is a world class talent. It's not being reacted to because it is a PMJ video In fact, it was Haley Reinhart who put PMJ on the map. As before Haley Reinhart arrived on the scene, PMJ played only tiny venues and cheap dives. PMJ is absolutely amazing! Ms. Reinhart is extremely underrated! All of their songs are covers. To really appreciate their talent, you should always react to the original song first.
Nobody gives a crap about PMJ. I'm hear to admire Haley Reinhart because it is Haley Reinhart that made this vocal so special and so great. In fact, this exact arrangement was originally recorded by Karen Marie about seven months before it was re-recorded with Haley Reinhart. The Karen Marie version with the same exact PMJ arrangement today has somewhere around 2.7 million views. While the Haley Reinhart version has more than 102 million views. It's the same thing with all of Haley's music videos she did with PMJ. As practically all of her music videos are the most viewed videos on the PMJ RUclips Channel. Not because Scott Bradlee arranged them and his band backed them, but instead, because Haley Reinhart is a world-class vocalist and performer. Not to mention that she has one of the best singing voices on the planet at the same time. PMJ shows didn't suddenly go viral because of Scott Bradlee. As most people don't even know who he is. PMJ Shows went viral because everyone wanted to go see and listen to Haley Reinhart perform her world-class covers live and in person. As Haley had more to do with Scott Bradlee becoming a multi-millionaire than Scott himself did. All he had to do was sit back and let it happen. He owes Haley Reinhart a lot.

I first heard this at my brother-in-law's wedding reception. There was a whole playlist of PMJ that played softly in the background while everyone ate, before the DJ kicked the dancing off. It gave the whole affair the feel of an upscale cocktail party, and I recognized the lyrics to All About That Bass and was like 'WTF?!" So this was the second song, and I made my husband go up and ask the DJ what this was. After that, we were fans! Love this!

Knew Scotty was going to win that season as soon as I saw his audition. Even though he was a one-trick pony, I just knew the fans were going to love him. Haley (and Casey, Pia, Thia, and James) finishing behind Lauren was a tragedy. I voted for Casey until he was eliminated, then I switched to Haley. Haley started off kind of slow, but she got stronger and stronger as the competition went along.
PMJ is the creation and baby of Scott Bradlee, seen playing the piano. He is the one who does most of the arrangements. They use an ever rotating cast of musicians and singers. There are several amazing singers who preform with PMJ including Haley, Morgan James (check out her own channel too), Robyn Adele Anderson (again, check her own channel), and many others. Check out the cover of Stacy's Mom (ft. Casey Abrams, the Australian version), it's great.

Haley Reinhart is by far the best vocalist to have ever performed with PMJ. She is also one of the best singers in the world that most people don't know about and the reason why hardly anyone knows who she is, is because she has been refusing to sign a record deal with a big major record label for years now out of fear. In any event, that cover of "Creep" you just reacted to stayed on the Billboard Digital Jazz Chart for 58 straight weeks and is also the first PMJ music video to surpass over 100 million views on RUclips. Meanwhile, everything Haley did with PMJ is not only excellent but also the best of the best of PMJ. As her covers of "Seven Nation Army", "Oops, I Did It Again", and "Don't Speak" are all also off the charts. Hence, if you really want to treat your subscribers to some excellent covers, I highly recommend that you react to the above aforementioned. As Haley's vocals and performance skills will literally blow you and your subscribers away. Oh, one more thing, Haley recently did a performance of the jazz standard "Gee Baby, Ain't I Good To You" at the Kenosha Jazz Festival and it is the absolute best vocal of that jazz standard ever. Not to mention that the dress she was wearing that day looked like it was painted on her. Hence, I would highly recommend that you react to that one too. Especially while the RUclips video of it is still going viral.
the arrangement is straight up Tin Pan Alley.......like in a 1950's jazz club....."waitress, a gin and tonic, please and a pack of Lucky Strikes.....oh, a drink for the singer, too"........a bit of Jessica Rabbit meets Mae West
Haley placed third on American Idol one season .. she’s amazing .. she met her boyfriend Casey on AI.. he’s playing the cello in the back .. you should react to her performance on American Idol “I who have nothing “… I’ve watched AI every season !! I saw Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson win etc etc .. this performance by Haley Reinhardt was one of the best ever on the show out of all seasons !!! It was just amazing ..

PMJ didn't make Haley great. Haley made PMJ great. Had Haley never arrived on the scene, PMJ would still be playing cheap dives and tiny venues and just like they were playing before Haley arrived. In fact, seven months before Haley Reinhart re-recorded Creep, Karen Marie covered the same exact PMJ arrangement of Creep that Haley did. Meanwhile, Karen Marie's cover of the same exact arrangement today has approximately 2.7 million views. While Haley's cover of the same exact PMJ arrangement has over 102 million views. That song didn't become great because PMJ arranged it. It became great because Haley Reinhart, a world-class vocalist, sang it. If PMJ arrangements were the primary reason for the various singers success, then all of them would generate approximately the same amount of views, but they don't. You can credit Scott Bradlee if you want to, but the reality is Haley Reinhart had far more to do with Scott Bradlee becoming a multi-millionaire than even Scott himself had to do with it.

But you need to check out Brian Justin Crum - from American Idol - the cover he did of this song is amazing. And yes, her scatting is perfection. Check out her performances from American Idol. She didn't win but I think she should have. And loved the look on your face when she changed keys, the growl, and her runs. She is so much better than Adele in my opinion.

They are not all Haley Reinhart, PMJ is the band and then they invite different singers to do the covers. It is described like this if you google them:, "Postmodern Jukebox, also widely known by the initialism PMJ, is a rotating musical collective founded by arranger and pianist Scott Bradlee in 2011. PMJ is known for reworking popular modern music into different vintage genres, especially early 20th century forms such as swing and jazz." So here are just a few I would suggest to add to your list. 1: Don't Speak, by No Doubt, Sung by Haley, 2: All About That Bass - Postmodern Jukebox European Tour Version 3: Before He Cheats - Carrie Underwood (Vintage Country Cover) ft. Kitty Hawk 4: Don't Stop Believin' - Journey, by ONE TAKE Vintage Postmodern Jukebox Cover) 5: Purple Rain - Prince (Blues Cover) ft. Miche Braden 6: Every Breath You Take - The Police (Gospel Cover) ft. Vonzell Solomon 7: Complicated - Postmodern Jukebox Avril Lavigne Cover ft. Annie Bosko 8: All Of Me - PMJ: John Legend Cover ft. Brielle Von Hugel 9: Dream On - Postmodern Jukebox ft. Morgan James (Aerosmith Cover)...... That should be enough for now! LOL ~ Your #1 Fan! Beth Ann
This music video wasn't reacted to because of PMJ. If that were the case, then the original version of "Creep" recorded earlier with the same exact music arrangement by Karen Marie would have generated the same amount of views. However, the Karen Marie original version has approximately 2.7 million views today, relative to the Haley Reinhart version with over 102 million views.
As this video is being reacted to because it was flawlessly recorded by Haley Reinhart who is a world class talent. It's not being reacted to because it is a PMJ video
In fact, it was Haley Reinhart who put PMJ on the map. As before Haley Reinhart arrived on the scene, PMJ played only tiny venues and cheap dives.
Then shortly after Haley Reinhart arrived on the scene and recorded a few music videos with PMJ that all went viral, all of a sudden PMJ found themselves playing coliseums and arenas. Why? Because Haley Reinhart made PMJ and not the other way around.
Hence, stop hijacking and co-opting nearly every Haley Reinhart music reaction video to lobby for other PMJ videos. If they were in the same league with Haley Reinhart's music videos, they would generate and attract their own music reaction videos.
Moreover, this music video is not great because of PMJ. It is great because of Haley Reinhart.
"Robot noises. Beep Beep Boop Bab Bab" LMAO💀🤖🤖🤖
I recommend PMJ's Sweet Child of Mine with Miche Braden.
This girl can gooooo!!!
Excellent reaction dude! :D You must react to Haley's "Seven Nation Army". It'll blow your mind!
Seeing you physically lean back when her singing blows your mind is pretty great.
PMJ is absolutely amazing! Ms. Reinhart is extremely underrated! All of their songs are covers. To really appreciate their talent, you should always react to the original song first.
Welcome to the world of PMJ... have fun in this rabbit hole!!
Loved Haley since she was on American Idol. Never heard her sing a bad thing yet!!
This a favorite video of mine! She is fantastic so is post modern jukebox. Seven nation army featuring Hailey is great.
Haley Reinhart is so underrated, she totally slayed that song ! !
Lmfao!!! (The F stands for flowers, I notice you don't swear) The way you flinched as if she was going to jump out and hit you had me lolling. I love reaction channels, but you are special. Stay humble, I have a feeling your going places.
Love this!
Back on season 3 of American Idol, she was a diamond in the rough, but her raw talent and vocal power were on full display. You should check out some of those performances.
She was on season 10
S10, 2011
She never was a diamond in the rough and if you have been following Haley for years like I have, you'd know that. Hell, you don't even know what season of Idol she competed in.
@@theblackdog2399 I made a mistake. She came in third, rather than appearing in season 3. I haven’t followed her career, but I used to watch American Idol faithfully and it’s obvious she has refined her talent over the years since, as most performers inevitably do.
@@lisazaccardimeunier8378 You assume, but you assume wrong. She was every bit as good a vocalist when she was on American Idol as she is today. Like I said, you obviously don't have a clue.
Her cover of "Habits" is excellent. She makes throwing up sound appealing.
Haley is just so damn AWESOME
Wow, wow, wow!! Never heard of her, fabulous. Love that song, she more than did it justice!! Your followers are really pulling some songs from somewhere. Lol
She was on American Idol like 15 years ago
Postmodern Jukebox is fantastic. Three words describe Haley and her voice...sexy, sultry and seductive. Check out their cover of No Doubts " Don't Speak" featuring Haley.
Omg! This is my favorite version to this song!!!!!!!! Haley has such beautiful vocals!!!!
Your reactions are everything!
Agreed
PMJ All About That Bass, European Tour
Seven Nation Army next, Then Black hole Sun. Both Feature\ing Haley. THen go to Morgan James Dream on., All amazing. Post Modern Juke is made of many different singers and members. They put a great old spin on newer music. You won't be disappointed
Post Partum Jukebox, when you said that I dropped my phone and fell off my chair laughing so hard at the beginning. You're great and love your reactions. Keep it up
Can you believe she came in 3rd on Idol??? Go watch her performances on American Idol, she is phenomenal 🌻
I love Haley! She was on American Idol Season 10 I think. She is amazing!
Wow man you got me!!!! Morissette and Haley on the same Day!!! You are golden!!!! 2 of the greatest vocalist out there in the music world. So different and yet so amazing. Haley is like a fine whiskey soaked in silk and smoke. You could teach a master class on the vocal techniques she runs through. Haley has several with PMJ, Try her originals "I Don't Know How to Love You" and "Lay it Down" which shows her pure top end vocals.
Check out All About That Bass with Haley Reinhart, Morgan James and Ariana Savalas (Telly “Kojak” Savalas’ daughter) - ruclips.net/video/aLnZ1NQm2uk/видео.html&ab_channel=PostmodernJukebox and Dream On with Morgan James - (ruclips.net/video/Yq4KA0mUnC8/видео.html)
Hailey is fabulous. Check out Post Modern Jukebox Productions. She is featured in many. All Great!
Haley is amazing!!
I love this song so much.. Hailey is so good and pmj.
PMJ is only a tiny fraction as good as Haley Reinhart.
Lol it may not have been complete sentences at 4:22 but it perfectly sums up Hailey's talent. Stunning
I liked the reaction but it would be nice if the next time that the song have the word "cover" you listen to the original version and that way you not only react but you can also compare it. Success! ... by the way... try Joe & Beth - I'd Take Care Of You (Live in Beacon Theatre, NY)
Oh ok 👍🏾 look at my other reactions and let me know how they are also! Thanks 🙏🏾✅🔥🔥🔥
I love this version so much..
❤️❤️❤️
👏👏👏
💋💋💋
💪💪💪
Gorgeous voice, Thanks!❤
Haley placed third on American Idol one season .. she’s amazing .. she met her boyfriend Casey on AI.. he’s playing the cello in the back .. you should react to her performance on American Idol “I who have nothing “… I’ve watched AI every season !! I saw Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson win etc etc .. this performance by Haley Reinhardt was one of the best ever on the show out of all seasons !!! It was just amazing ..
Haley and Casey are friends, but she's in a long-term relationship with another man.
Look up Postmodern Jukebox and the tambourine man he is awesome. Scott Bradley does lives where he will take any song and change it into a piano retro version when requested
She is soooo great. Tnx
Man, dive into Postmodern Jukebox! You will be so happy!
She’s great. Thanks,AB
✌🏼❤️
Great reaction!! I just subscribed.
What an amazingly jazzy rendition. Damn Haley! Totally different from the original and Brian Justin Crum's version, which I thought was the best until I heard this!
You stumbled across fantastic covers from PMJ. Check out Morgan James with PMJ doing Aerosmith's song Dream On. It will blow you away.
He has been Haley'd!
I liked this one, very nice
Hailey is so freaking amazing!! LOVE HER! Check out her duet with Morgan James on their version of The Beatles "Dear Prudence"! You won't be disappointed! :) Heavenly orange juice!!!
The audio sucks on that "Dear Prudence" video.
She can scat with Irvin Mayfield’s trumpet and scat like a harmonica with Casey Abrams:
Irvin Mayfield was so blown away by Haley, he invited her to sing with his band at Carnegie Hall:

PMJ has a great catalog. ❤
Love her music... my favorite is still the one she did with the clown.
I think I liked your second attempt at the group's name... sounded like you called them Postpartum Jukebox? :-)
He did. Ha Ha Ha
Lol
Had to believe she LOST American Idol. She is freaking awesome.
She only lost because American Idol permitted almost unlimited power voting. Otherwise, she would have won easily.
Hailey is ridiculous 🔥🖤
Check out. Post Modern Jutebox Morgan James. Then pull up Morgan James cover of Prince's song 'Call My Name'. Now you know Prince doesn't let just any body sing his music. Am I right. You know she slayed it, my brother.
Wayne Brady's version of Thriller on Post Modern Judebox is really good!!
Omg fucking best thing ever
Today's hits with a 40s twist! But that lady has a whale of a Voice!
I told BTS V on a live he should check out Post Modern Jukebox when he was asking for song requests a few days later he posted a video of him singing to their video. I saw Scott Bradley from PMJ doing a live and told him. He said they became very popular in Korea after that.
I love how you react to a variety because I love almost every genre. I was named after a Waylon Jennings song and fell in love with everything from jazz, swing, country, rap, metal and now kpop.
You must see Morgan James singing Dreams with PMJ or Take me to Church.
Haley is the bomb
Kathy here - Creep was originally done by Radiohead - many covers have been done, but this one is by far my favorite.
Beth Hart, At the Presidio - Am I The One!
I think she just took us to church !!! Lol 😂
Listen to postmodern jukebox all about the bass
I love this version….but there is one version EVEN BETTER! Another acapella OG GOAT group for you to check
Straight No Chaser’s version of this is straight fire 🔥🔥🔥
Black hole sun... Postmodern Jukebox...
One PMJ cover I always hope reaction peeps will do is their cover of Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. It's different, even for PMJ and there's this thing with a saxophone that's just ridiculous.
Yo just saw your reaction to Clouds by NF and have to come suggest two other artists that I think react channels sleep on. Tobe Nwigwe is the first, he got some traction with his song "EAT" but he also did a song with Royce and Black Thought called "Father Figure" Second artist is Rich Brian. His older stuff is more comedic but his newer stuff is significantly better. I recommend "Yellow" or "Slow Down Turbo" either way you have a new subscriber, love the videos!
Please try making your reaction to KZ Tandingan's ebtries o Singer 2019 I guess, esp. her cover of Adele's Rolling in the Deep & her Royal's by Lordes. You'll be amazed.
Check her version of Mad World with Puddles Pity Party.
About half the population hates or fears clowns and especially when they are almost seven feet tall. What are you trying to do? Undermine Haley by pissing off reactors!
Moreover, what is it about their vocals that is so outstanding in that video you foolishly recommended? Nothing, not a damn thing. However, you can't say the same thing about "Creep", "Seven Nation Army", "Oops, I Did It Again", or "Don't Speak" can you?
I'm positive some of you loons suffered severe concussions at one time in your lives that you never ever fully recovered from.
@@theblackdog2399 someone is scared of puddles. The take on the song is amazing. They take a depressing song and make it light and lilty.
@@snelson5871 Like I said, you obviously suffered a very severe brain concussion at one time that you still never fully recovered from.
Moreover, no shit, about half the population of America hates and fears clowns and especially females. I don't but I'm fully aware that an overwhelming percentage of people do hate clowns.
Plus, there is nothing whatsoever special about both their lame vocals in that music video. Other than you want to bore reactors to death so they won't react to Haley Reinhart performances anymore.
@@theblackdog2399 who hurt you
Check her out doing “Don’t Speak” cover as well. ❤️❤️❤️
You gotta get on Falling in Reverse! Do the trilogy to start off 1) Losing My Mind 2) Losing My Life 3) Drugs. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed
ive seen this many many many times and she still makes me sweat
Lake Street Dive "What I'm Doing Here."
You have to listen to Angelina Jordan " I put a spell on You. " When you listen keep in mind that she is 8 years old
I was wanting to here this again, I could not have picked a worse channel...but I gave you a thumbs up anyway....
They are fantastic Haley has I think four or five on there check out Morgan she's great as well check out all about the bass also check out the cover of guns and roses Sweet Child of Mine that has the lady dressed in a brown dress it's fantastic
She is incredible right!
They did a cover of Purple Rain.....🧑🍳🤌
Postmodern Jukebox Dream On ny Morgan James .
React to this one
This is not a reaction to PMJ. It's a reaction to Haley Reinhart. Besides Morgan James is nowhere near being in Haley's league, in any event. Nonetheless, that doesn't stop you Morgan James homers from hijacking and co-opting nearly everyone of Haley's reaction videos to beg for a Morgan James reaction. It's sad because she isn't good enough to generate her own reaction videos.
Dont forget check the king of harmonic fingerstyle ALIP BA TA.
