Noticed ya got yourself a pair of those Lionscool olympic dumbbell handles too, what's your thoughts on them? Mine just arrived today so I haven't had the chance to use them yet but they seem like they're pretty decent quality...
@@stevenbowen23 It doesn't lock in it just sits on the position that you have it set for so I guess it could slide out if you somehow shook it violently while training.
@@UsawaFitness thank you mate. I've taken a chance on it should come on Monday. Your channel helped me with deciding. I think those Flybirds look a bit better quality tbh but I'm 6ft 1 so the deciding factor was hoping this one that slightly bit longer for neck support when doing shoulder press.

Is the Keppi Bench 500 (2023 version) also good, or is the Yoleo better? I tried looking for the Fitness Reality bench but the under $200 version out of stock
@@UsawaFitness for the money, it’s 10/10. But I agree with your review. Its very light duty. I use it in conjunction with a tower 200 (door mounted bowflex type thing). Good for your average guy. If you’re a dedicated builder, this is not the bench for you. I do have concerns about the longevity of it. Any wear and tear noted on yours yet?

Oh I like em! I've been using them with no weights for some of my HIIT workouts. I can make that 12.5 pounds feel like 50's! 🤣

Would you say that the adjustable decline/incline is secure once set? No chance of it sliding out and slipping down when doing weights?

I think this is slightly taller but not actually much in it. What I reckon I should have gone Flybird out the two?

Just bought one of these on Amazon UK , great bench but the claim 660lbs safe weight guide is ridiculous
It's definitely a light weight bench. Your weight included in that weight.

Yes this one isn't going to work for you if you're bigger. The Fitness Reality 2000xl would be a good one for you.
