I’m sure the more to the story than what mouthpiece Burrel has to say. He’s been running his mouth for years to pop out as many books and interviews as his grubby hands can get
Could you imagine what would happen to you if you pretended slavery (which made you rich) never happened and just sidestepped all that. The royals are so ridiculously exempt from the modern world
🤔 Although the British Crown had ties to Slavery dating back to (1562,) it was under Charles II in the (1660's) when the Monarchy began financing the Slave Trade. It was a regulated & protected enterprise in the British Empire. 🌍🗿
@@patrickjenkins6383 Oh. Ok. Thank you. I understand better where you are coming from. I always think of Egypt and the giant monuments when I hear of royalty and slaves. I hadn't thought of the slave trade itself, but you are right. That was a pretty big enterprise at one time. Excellent point!
Charles is a spoiled child. Anybody that doubts that should watch the clip of him trying to sign some paperwork but couldn’t because no one had moved the pen and ink out of his way.
There’s this short clip of Charles visiting with a youth center and he has these two men showing him how to use a turntable and he says this stupid shit “love that crazy jive music” or some stupid shit like that, and the two men make eye contact behind his back and are holding their breath, trying not to laugh, and it lives rent free in my head.
This definitely hasn't changed my position of being a republican, I don't understand my countries fascination with people whose sole value and wealth is tradition and inheritance rather than anything earned and power through class rather than the people.
@@taffykins2745 Britain. I'm on the side of us becoming a republic rather than spend money on a pointless tradition that holds up the class system and prevents the separation of church and state and gives power based on inheritance rather than by the people or earn through skill and achievement. I don't see why the people should pay for a family whose sole reason to be notable is being born into the right family, one whose wealth is built on colonialism and an outdated religion that the majority of the country doesn't even follow. I believe in democracy not monarchy.
Its obvious the only things you know about the royal family is that they are royals and they have money... Please, considering you are from the US, do not speak about the political system of another country. You got no right.
I know Brits probably hate “the crown” understandably so….however I fell in love with the Queen watching this show which normally I’d have never done except for this show. It made me loyal to the queen and the crown. Just saying
My problem would be the Balmoral test all those old stuffed shirt bities giving me the once over three times trying to find fault in the way I eat & talk. Not being able to dress in my jeans / walking shorts and train / sport team shirts. I'd tell them a two.or thing. Just my thoughts. Have a great day everyone

It actually looks like a lot of work. Plus you'd always have the eyes of the world upon you! No thanks!
Ironing shoelaces says it all for me. And they talk about Meghan.
Ikr? Absolutely ridiculous and who would sign up to do something so stupid?😌

Which country is that? Maybe they are curious because the whole concept is so foreign and they just can't relate to it? Just a thought.

There’s no reason or justification for these people’s existence.

Hilarious that they're using tv shows for displaying factual real life events of real people lol
