Steph & Steph reunite … so beautiful ❤
Little Steffy touching Stephanie's face, nice coincidence for that moment. ❤
@@lindsaym1226 Yes, her first smile after being found.. and it was for Stephanie ❤ I'm sure the Queen is very good with kids.
Brooke and respect definitely don't go together. She has never respected anyone's marriage. The Mattress only cares about her desires.
how fitting to call her the mattress
I hate Brooke's lack of self-awareness so much. It makes my blood boil.
@@HereIAmInYourLife yep. That and her Zero empathy
Brooke: "Sally, you can't keep blaming me for Macy's accident."
She can and we will, bit c h.
Apparently nobody can blame /keep blaming Brooke for anything 🙄
Brooke's never at fault in her mind
You're right about that.
"You can't keep blaming me" implies that Brooke feels that once she said she didn't mean for Macy to die, Sally should have said "oh, well, okay then" and let bygones be bygones.
I love Queen Sally ❤
What does Brooke expect Sally to understand? That Brooke wouldn't leave macy's husband alone, even after Macy begged her to? That she wouldn't even leave Macy alone?
Steph also asked Brooke to leave her husband alone, and she wouldn't do it then, either.
Anyhoo, now Thorne is going to get the exact treatment like Eric, and I'm here for it.
I wish Macy would have never taken him back when she came back.
I can’t wait for Thorne to get the treatment !
Me either!
The one silver lining to this whole storyline of Macy's death is getting to watch karma come for Thorne.
No Sally..Brooke just does these dumb things in life ..😂😂
Imagine if Tim had pulled a Todd and Angela moment and drove the car off the cliff. Morgan could've come back looking like Freddy Krueger and been even SCARIER.
Now Steven Tyler is on the run!
Deserves him right!
Then Darlene Conley a/k/a Sally Spectra an amazing actress who never disappoints the viewers! Her performance brought skyrocketing ratings.
Watching the show back then, I was like “FINALLY!!” Sally confronting Brooke this way was so over due. But perhaps waiting nearly 10 months after Macy’s death gave respect to a long term character who wasn’t totally forgotten about after 3 months.
Brooke had very little to say, and her scowl was saying “I don’t like what you are saying, but I really can’t argue with you on this.”
I think the writers already had Macy's return in mind, so they made sure she was never forgotten in the writing but kept getting mentioned even years after her "death".
Brooke and her poor choice of words when near Sally
Brooke and her poor choice of words when near _Macy._
Up until this point, Sally is really the only member of the Spectra clan who _hasn't_ tried to avenge Macy's death (the posthumous character of "Dead Macy" as driver of plot which I described in episode 3350), even though she was initially the one who said it was her place to do so.
In fact, the show has shown very little of Sally's grief, instead focusing on CJ and Kimberly's reactions with Sally in a supporting mother role, and we are only now seeing the long term effects that losing her daughter has had on Sally. In a way, it does make sense for a character like Sally to keep herself from breaking down by focusing on taking care of her remaining family, and only allowing herself to fully experience her own loss when she is no longer busy caring for other people.
It also makes sense that Sally's "revenge" would be professional rather than personal - Spectra Fashions has always been Sally's strength and her lifeline. Business competition is also a rational and productive way of doing it (as opposed to Kimberly's irrationaI approach of falling in love with Thorne), showing how Sally is a fundamentally sane and balanced person whose grief is _normaI_ rather than unhealthy. And unlike Kimberly's actions, Sally's method of avenging Macy by making Spectra successful is one that would actually have Macy's approval.
The twins are so sweet
I notice that little Steffy behaves completely differently in Susan Flannery's arms, she smiles and plays with her hair. They definitely had a good relationship. 😊 And sorry: but Eric's "relief" at Steffy's return is so poorly acted. Oh dear.
Agree! Out of all the adults, she was the only one who got a reaction from Steffy.
Absolutely true if Brooke didn't run up to the cabin surprising Thorne with the divorce papers Macy would of been still alive lol she interrupted Thorne and Macy's time alone lol
If Macy hadn’t stolen Brooke’s car, she would still be alive…well she is, but we don’t know that yet
@@michellegambrill5659if Brooke didn’t feel the need to drive up to the mountain to taunt Macy about taking her husband and demand Macy sign the papers her car wouldn’t have been there for Macy to steal.
Just realized that Taylor hadn't had a bath in weeks😂😂😂
Sally went off lol love it she’s right brooke deserved more karma Bridget really cared for deacon just for him to use and betray her 😒
Morgan and Dr Tim driving out of town (supposedly) reminds me of "Angela" and Dr Todd escaping from LA after being found out by Steph.
The only difference for me, is that I really don't want Morgan to come back. I could really do with their car going over the side of a cliff and exploding like with Angela and Todd.
😮 😂 lol
Katherine is an even lousier actress than she is a babysitter.
Which Katherine are you referring to? 😜
@@Esi-741 You don't miss a beat! 😂 (one of your many charms)
@@NewYorkNick0607 Why thank you! 😂❤
I’m trying to be a good person, but this comment section is detrimental to my journey…😭😛
Katherine is super relieved that Steffy only got kidnapped and hadn't actually been eaten by a shark on her watch after all...😑
Her reaction to seeing Steffy alive was SO underwhelming! And why is she still their nanny? 🥴
Morgan still is delusional.
She thinks that Ridge loves her.
Hard to believe.
I can't blame Sally. Brooke wrecked Macy's marriage and now walking around like a peacock. All happy that she got Macy's man and that she is still alive. Couldn't stand Brooke.
Me too. When I saw how arrogant Brooke acted towards Macy, grinning in her face and telling her that she could take Thorne away from her at any time, I would have spit in her face if I were Macy. And so she continually destroyed every relationship - Taylor's, Macy's, Bridget's, Katie's... A disgusting character.
@@ahy4234 now it's Taylor's turn again🙄😬
Yes Brooke is 🤢🤮@@ahy4234
How can you say that? What about Thorne, Macy’s husband, who had made a commitment to Macy? He proposed to her on a rebound and then cheated on her. He used her drinking problem to insult her and belittle her. And then he decided to leave her. Why are we always blaming women?
The look on Morgan's face at the end says it all. It's not over with the Forresters.
How many people judged Catherine for Steffy's disappearance and that she was a terrible babysitter. Well, no babysitter can look after the children 24 hours non-stop. And Catherine has a good heart, loves the children and loves the entire family.
17:53 “It is not over Tim, not by a long shot” says Morgan.
The collective groans from everyone watching.
But it still will take several years until Morgan is back, won't it?
Watching this season its taylor and ridge for me i have to watch all of the series i know ❤i do like them ❤
Women never blame MEN for cheating! Sally blame Throne!
😅😅😅😅 wtf yea right
I'm pretty sure she blames Thorne too.
Surprised this confrontation Sally with Brooke, didnt cone sooner!! Well expressed, now that it did!
Young Thomas and Steffy. And u see them now.
Tim is a comedian 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you for this episode and I hope that everyone is having a great day as well
*The Venice/Tennis plot*
Many of us noticed the similarities between Brooke's plan to break up Rick and Amber, and the Venice scheme. Brooke's plan is virtually identical to Eric's - a parent trying to "save" their child from an undesirable engagement by staging a scene of apparent betrayaI in a hotel room during a trlp out of town.
This scheme leads to Thorne/Amber rebounding to Macy/Deacon and "eloping" with them to Amsterdam/Las Vegas (although Amber and Deacon don't get married, only have matching tattoos made - the symbolism of which I discussed in episode 3526).
The Venice scheme had three main consequences - Brooke and Thorne breaking up, an innocent person who offers comfort ending up in a destructive rebound relationship, and mothers losing their daughters. And the interesting part is that by staging the "Tennis scheme", Brooke is bringing all of this misfortune on _herself._
How? Because the main result of Brooke's scheme is Deacon being placed in a position where Bridget finds him, comforts him, and _reveals who she is and how he can reach her._
This places Bridget in the Macy role (as the scene with her and Deacon parallels the bridge scene with Thorne and Macy in Venice), where a scheme to save someone else (Rick) from a bad relationship ends up putting Bridget in a bad relationship instead. (Only Rick didn't actually need to be "saved" from Amber - it was just Brooke who thought he did.)
And just like Sally "lost" Macy, and Taylor "lost" Steffy, due to the Venice scheme, Brooke will "lose" Bridget to Deacon (through their marriage, and then once more because of her own affair with Deacon). Sally actually brings our attention to this parallel in the Insomnia scene by comparing Brooke's relationship with Bridget to her own relationship with Macy, and commenting that the mother/daughter connection is something one would never want to lose.
Even the end of Brooke and Thorne's relationship connects to the Tennis scheme, because Brooke happens to reveal her true feelings for Ridge (which Thorne overhears) in an attempt to convince Deacon to let Bridget go (and he only got involved with her in the first place following the Tennis scheme).
So, in what is quite a satisfying piece of narrative logic, the Venice scheme (which Brooke didn't plan) didn't cost Brooke her relationship with Thorne, but the Tennis scheme (which Brooke _did_ plan) ends up indirectly costing her her marriage.
Great parallels and analysis Annie! I don't know all the details of what's coming up (just the big stuff like Brooke's affair with Deacon) but I was able to follow it through your clear outline. I like your point about Brooke being the next mother to pay in this scenario and in that sense, Sally is being a Reliable Narrator (and actually predicting the future) when she says, "There's a very huge price waiting for you and I hope when you're forced to pay that price, you will find it as painful as you have made it for all of us." In fact that last part "for all of us" (instead of "for me") makes it seem as if Sally is speaking for herself _and_ Taylor - and remember she just had that scene with Stephanie and Clarke where she learned how dangerous Morgan actually is! That may actually have been the point of that scene after all, to set Sally up as the Oracle warning Brooke that her punishment is coming.
The strange thing is that here Bridget hears about how Deacon has been with another woman to Las Vegas and how the woman's ex -Bridget's brother- got between them. Bridget listening to Deacon's ranting about this rich and immoral -Forrester- family.
And still we soon will have a couple getting married in Las Vegas, even when Deacon then again rants about how he can't win a fight with the almighty Forrester family.
@@NewYorkNick0607 yes, that's how I read it too! Sally is describing what she would like to happen to Brooke _as it is happening_ in the scene with Deacon and Bridget, making her a Reliable Narrator.
And @Mara, you are right that there is a connection where it's Bridget and Deacon, not Amber and Deacon, who end up eloping and getting married in Las Vegas, which supports the idea that Bridget is playing Macy's role in this storyline, only that this time the "rebound marriage" is one step removed from the original scheme (since there are two rebounds here - first Amber with Deacon, followed by Deacon with Bridget).
The Bridget we were introduced to a couple of months ago would have instantly realized Deacon's connection to the Forresters. This retconned Bridget though is pretty clueless.
Phoebe & Steffy reunion.. So sweeeeeeeet
Sally is rigth brooke kill macy sally is best poor sally😊
i hope they wash Steffys hair soon
So Taylor has been wearing the same clothes for 2 months 😅
Taylor probably stinks lol😂
I have to wonder if they were giving these kids something to stay so calm and quiet. Redwig Steffy and little Eric both seem aloof and mentally removed from their surroundings. I’m no expert but it’s odd to me!
Little Eric actually seems alert to me (although chiII) and is always interacting with the other actors. But Steffy in this scene was like a ragdoII. Her entire demeanor was like "who are these people and why are they in my personal space" until Stephanie and Phoebe showed up.
Thomas to Taylor at 6:52 is all of us “I’m not really interested in this storyline”
But really these small kids have done the heavy lifting throughout this absurdity.
thomas is such a cute boy
2001.
We can comprehend Sally 's neverending grief but it' s useless to keep on talking about it.. it' s something extremely private.
so steffy used to wear wigs from her early years
Forget about Sheila
Morgan is unbeatable
🪭
Deacon gets involved with Bridget for revenge, Pathitic and I like Bridget but she needs a wake up call
Aww ❤
But you keep giving her too the nanny
8 e[isodea and morgan is out
Thanks God.
So, where is Phoebe? All I see is Steffi.
