Man, watching you I'm glad I only have a wooden framed Vacationer, my $99 welder would have exploded in 15 mins. I'm seriously impressed with this. I'm sure when you drop the camper down into the frame it'll fit, as well as it can. I always find I have to persuade a few areas here and there even though I've measured 15 times. I like the idea of the sealed rear bumper, that was rotten on the bottom on mine. Plus the new underside curved metal brackets should make it crazy solid. I like how you're doing what I'm trying to do and applying 2023 knowledge to a 50 year old camper. Seeing what failed miserably and re-engineering it. Keep it up, we'll have to meet up when we're done and compare notes over some wobbly pops.
