I come from a Jamaican family but Guyanese/Trini’s have the most tasty curry dishes bro. They’re of Indian decent & India is the curry capital of the world. To the people out there If u love spicy food google to see if you have a Trinidadian or Guyanese restaurant in your area. It’ll bust your head wide open!!!
TRINI’s actually make it best! The Guyanese copy everything Trinis create.. All the sauces like tamarind Chadon benni sauce etc was created by Trinis 🇹🇹 now Guyanese topping all they doubles with the same flavors we use also doubles was created in TRINIDAD it the #1 popular street food in Trini🇹🇹 created by Indo Trinis but Guyanese get the credit for our creativity.
Im from Trini, born and raise. The best curry goat is the yarddi version. If Trinis try jamaican curry goat. They they will agree...

Except when a person only eat curries. Curry chicken is for someone who est chicken many different way and chicken curry is for someone who only eats curries which would many south asian folks. Every ting they eat is some sort of curry.
