- Who would have thought there were three door related songs! Thanks for going down this rabbit hole with me, folks. We wrap the thought process up (or DO we...? muahahaha) with The White Stripes' My Doorbell, adapted for guitar of course. There's plenty of fun to be had with this one, but that's always the case when it comes to Jack White. I hope you enjoy it!

You may as well do all the White Stripes catalogue!!!
I agree!
That was awesome! You are the most efficient and most well spoken teacher I have. Thanks!
thanks Fab!
Dude yes, yes, and all the yeses sir. Another Roundabout of the Yes. I'm gonna have my own doorbell this weekend and this tune is easy to play, thank you for this
ha! you should call all your friends and blast this song in the phone
Ha ha awesome, thanks Ryan! Can’t wait to add this one to the repertoire.
did you even remember you requested it? Don't ask me how or why, but I knew you had even without consulting the list. I need to get a life...
That’s funny, I’ll take it not a bad song to be associated with. Yes I did remember requesting Doorbell, it’s probably the only song that made think about wanting to play the piano, but that quickly passed.
Hi, long time no PJ songs. Maybe something harder - solo from "1/2 full"?
very astute sir, and i assure you there is no reason for it. thank you for the suggestion :)
8/14/20. I put out another video called “Understanding The C Major Scale And Guitar Fretboard Patterns.” I drew my own fretboard. If you care to critique the content, I would appreciate it. It’s about 7:42 long. I just tried to hammer home some key points rather than cram in so much information that could make your viewers’ heads spin. Take care, Ryan.
I'll check that out MM - posting vids is fun isn't it :)
Hey, what's with the silver tape? What have you done to the Tele?
I put silver tape on it ;)
Who da man? You da man!!!
YOU da man Sid!
I'll take anything white stripes.
i know your body
Are power chords considered to be barre chords?
They're very similar, the only difference is that a barre chord has you pressing down all the strings on the fret where your pointer finger is, so that they ring as well. It's sort of like the difference between an E power chord and an open E minor chord.
thank you Max. Kow - barre chords tend to mean a chord with roots thirds and fifths, whereas power chords only have roots and fifths, making them neither major nor minor. you could play this song as power chords and I totally meant to say that in the video.
@@MonstersByMax @Ryan Ryan's explained that more than once, which is why I got confused when I thought I heard him say "barre" while playing power chords.
WS are to me what PJ is to you...
you speak in a way I understand
