hey, how did you manage to order the original battery from dell? they kept making me go through ""authorised retailers"" but all of those retailers are only able to fulfil non-oem battery for me rather than original from dell
I was very surprised when I was able to buy this battery directly from Dell. It was over $100, expensive, and I actually haven't used it yet. What model are you looking for a battery for?
@@vatevor Yes, I did. The difference is that the Latitude is a business grade product whist the XPS is a consumer grade product, even though it is a higher end product. Dell most likely does not make replacement batteries for them available to the public.

I have no idea what the weight is for a n5110. It's exponentially harder to find genuine OEM batteries for consumer grade machines.
