@@kaytee789 I think it is Cryptococcal meningitis, the patient is immunosuppressed, Psittaci can cause Pneumonia most commonly I think. Not sure, but this is what I think, I am open to corrections
The pathognomonic for the 3 diseases are respectively : meningitis , osteoporosis(ricket), marfan syndrome. The appraisal for these diseases and the arts of (rule in / rule out ) make medicine of serious responsibility. Thank you so much Dr. Medicosis

According to Ferri’s, the two are synonymous…There is no difference!
There is no specific autoimmune abs in syndrome whereas in GPD anti GBM is positive
