- Fix Windows 10 Activation Failed Error Code 0x803F7001
I show you a quick workaround for this annoying error.
1. Click Start / Settings / Update & security / Activation / Change the product key then enter the new product key then click Next to Activate
Warning: please make sure you use the right product key for your windows edition or it won't work.
2. Enter the Windows 10 Default Product Key.

3. It will probably fail to activate but don't worry.
4. Click Start / Settings / Update & security / Activation / Change the product key then enter the new product key then click Next to Activate
5. Enter the Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10 Product Key

Why does my laptop say: "We can't activate Windows on this device as we can't connect to your organization's activation server. Make sure you're connected to your organization's network and try again. If you continue having problems with activation, contact your organization's support person".

see I have a dell laptop and a retailer actually activated windows 10 version in it now I can't contact him and cuz of him I don't know my product key. I tried various methods to find my original product key but I was'nt able to do so I even tried various methods to activate windows without product key but neither of them helped so far..I am really frustrated and it's going to be a year I havent able to solve this problem please help

Worked Great! Had to reinstall Windows, but M.S. would not activate even with original key shown in Belarc Advisor. This solution worked for me. Thanks! Now I just want to reinstall my MS Office Home and Business 2010 that I paid for and should be able to own for life.

Worked like a charm. Good idea to reset the key to a default one then try again. Wasted 30 minutes on the internet.

better get it from RG-Adguard's Microsoft TechBench direct links website. It gives access to the official Microsoft products ISOS stored in Microsoft TB servers... just google "tb by wzt" and that's it!

hey jackass, if you watched the video then you would have seen when he selected "get help with activation errors" the first option in that sub-menu of links was "how to find your windows product key" at 2:12
you dont need a key just do what the video says and it will activate it for you

Microsoft won't let you take your 'free' windows 10 upgrade onto a new system. I had windows 7 ultimate and got upgraded to Windows 10 Pro a while back, but just got a new Threadripper CPU and motherboard... and big surprise you can't take that windows 10 upgrade with you since Microsoft considers this a 'new' system (motherboard & cpu) and the free windows 10 upgrade is not transferable. I can install windows 7 since its retail. If I got windows 10 retail then it is. Why couldn't Microsoft state this clearly before?!

I have similar problem but with Windows 8.1
After I installed Windows Update updates and rebooted it says Windows is not activated but when I click activate it throws error without any error code. And it placed the "Windows 8.1 build 9600" watermark on my desktop. Any way to fix it?

PRO TIP: If you originally upgraded to 10 during the free period, your prior Windows version key should work.

Can someone help me? Every time i scan my PC with malwarebytes it finds a PUP called PUP.optional.httpbreaker and it is located in chrome secure preferences folder and everytime i delete it off of my computer malwarebytes detects it again when i scan.
