在抵港當天滿12歲或以上的非香港居民：符合疫苗接種要求；
抵港當天滿三歲或以上人士：於預定起飛時間（從機場入境者）或預定抵港時間（從其他口岸入境者）前24小時內進行快速抗原測試、或於48小時內進行聚合酶連鎖反應核酸檢測並取得陰性結果；及
保存載有快速抗原檢測結果的照片或核酸檢測報告90天

I think this o + 3 is complicate to me as ttaveller. For 3 days no public transport, how i get from airport to hotel in the city??? And for 3 day we had to check ! How,??? Its all too complicated.
Yes, it is complicated for visitor to come to HK. Public transport is allowed in the first 3 days. Dining in restaurants are not allowed until the 9:00 am on the third day.
Yes, daily ATK check is required for the first 7 days, plus PCR tests on day 2, 4 & 6.
Hope no more COVID 19 restrictions soon.

I got a question. What if I did not get a vaccine because of religious believe, can I get into HK still? By air or by land?
Are you a HK resident? If yes, you can still travel to HK by air or by land.
The difference between by air and by land is,
For arrival via Hong Kong International Airport, the QR code is valid for 96 hours; for arrival via land control points, the QR code is valid for 24 hours.
@@ALS Thanks for your reply. I'm not a hk resident yet. My major concern is the vaccination. Will I get a red QR code but be allowed in or they will deny my entry to hk at the airport or land control point?
Read this info from Hong Kong government. I am afraid that you may not be allowed to entry HK in your scenario.

如果 click 了香港身份證，是否不能輸入 passport 資料? 因為機票和針咭是依據passport 姓名。謝謝。
用身份證號碼申請二維碼都冇問題, 而家香港居民機場入境不需要出示針卡。

How do I get a Hong Kong phone number for the declaration if I am a foreigner and have no permanent home in Hong Kong?
For the phone number, it can be any from other countries, but needs to be able to reveive SMS message from Hong Kong. I think most server provider will provide this service, you can check with your provider.
The address is contract address, you may provide your hotel address in HK or the address that you will stay in HK.
Will the QR code goes to the laptop if I do not fill the form from the mobile phone?
Yes, OR code will be displayed on laptop screen, you can make a screen shot. There is also a button to down load the QR code to the laptop. It is better if you have a smartphone and send the QR code picture to it. You can also print it out as hardcopy, both are OK.

So sorry, pls reply, its very confusing to me.And , do you mean we could use QR code to picture our self while we we do our self checking? Sorry i am not a Very IT person. This is really....super troublesome to people like us without technology knowledge how to do such tecnical process. We only comprehend very basic knowledge on smart phone / laptop. Wait till hk govt surrender to such regulation due to low economy no one would visit hk. Than open to 0 + 0 . I will visit hk again!!!! No choice, too difficult to do all this technology process! We didnt graduate in MASTER DEGREE of INFORMATION COMPUTER ENGINEERING!! Hahaha,!!!! Must remember people who visit hk is not all young n computer savyy. Many are Seniors with only very basic IT knowledge.
@@kokwahtan8577 QR code is just a ID or code in 2 dimensional format, like the barcode on the merchant goods.
You should apply/get the QR code 24 hours before the flight to HK.

我看過其他視頻，他們都説可以在抵港前96小時內申報，然後做完直接飛返香港航班起飛前24小時內的快測後，再update 結果便可以。

健康申報制度
所有入境人士來港前必須預先在網上完成衞生署健康申報表（www.chp.gov.hk/hdf）。
從海外地區或台灣抵港的人士須於預定起飛時間前24小時內進行快速抗原測試並取得陰性結果。政府建議這些人士在取得快速抗原測試陰性結果後才在網上完成健康申報表。完成網上申報並確認符合登機要求後，系統會發放一個綠色健康申報二維碼。請保存你的二維碼（可為二維碼的下載版本、屏幕截圖或列印本）。
在辦理登機手續時，請出示綠色健康申報二維碼供航空公司查核，方可獲安排登機。抵港時，亦請向邊境管制人員出示二維碼，進行入境檢疫程序。
若經機場入境，二維碼有效時限為96小時；若經陸路管制站入境，二維碼有效時限則為24小時。
因要提供ATK測試結果, 所以建議24小時內做同埋申請.
請問填寫聯絡電話時，是填香港電話號碼嗎？我是香港人，由英國返香港的，在英國用英國電話卡，香港電話在英國是不能打出和接收，要抵港才換回電話卡的，本人手機在英國是可以正常接收電郵的，謝謝。
電話卡最緊要可以收到香港發出的SMS.
你可以向你嘅英國電訊商查詢。
你的情况，其實都可用香港電話卡，你可以係回港航班上才轉香港電話卡。
其實來到香港最緊要出示綠色健康二維碼，啲短信當你入咗境喺香港，香港衛生署才會發送給你。

唔需要預约, 建議將個人資料登記入安心出行App內，去到檢測中心唔使再輸入資料，方便很多。
