So many people have mentioned the emotional whiplash of Love Shot following Sing for You and Miracles in December. But it makes sense in another kind of way. Love Shot repackage came out in Dec of 2018 (the last time all 8 active members would be on a track together until Cream Soda) so it was kind of their winter album for that year. :) Just a different kind of winter album than anyone was expecting! I liked that little nod to EXO history (there are so many in this set)
These songs are so iconic in Kpop; thus it's frustrating that none of EXO discog is included in the top 100 kpop songs listed by The Rolling Stones magazine. Even Tempo that no one was able to cover perfectly live is not included.
