thank you for this video! I am self taught, i have been sewing for 6 years and I had no idea the bobbin's direction was important . My very first machine was bird's nesting when I got it and I took it to a sewing machine shop and all they said was that I had the wrong size bobbin, so much time will be saved trying to make my machine cooperate lol

Hello Mimzie I gave threaded my Bernina 1120 and have re-threaded my machine but the needle just goes up abd down in the same place and doesn't stitch😢regards Jenny

I don't unfortunately have a instruction manual as I was given the machine 😮
hmmm....are your feed dogs engaged? the knob on the right hand side of machine right in front of the on/off knob.

I have a problem with the different design stictches
I hardly ever use the design stitches other than zigzag and the blind hem stitch.
