      It's not a noisy apartment but obviously it's not for everyone. Luckily there's something for all tastes. While someone is attracted by the tranquility on the countryside, others are looking for exactly this with restaurants and bars around the corner.

      Thanks for your comment, this is for someone that wants to have restaurants and amenities just around the corner. Life on first line beach is always more busy in this area, that said, it's not a noisy apartment. And regarding the price, it's the level for this kind of location and quality. Kind regards

      @@dire6005 this is the price level to buy frontline beach in this area. This unit is also completely refurbished, has a private parking space included in the price and access to a communal swimming pool. The location and the complex is very nice. Kind regards

      @@GeoffAnthonyClinics the Spanish housing market is doing well, especially on Costa del Sol and first line beach is always more expensive than everything else.

      I completely respect your opinion, but what a property is worth in the end depends both on the exact location and also on the quality on the inside. This is front line beach next to a 5 star hotel, a complex with communal garden, swimming pool and garage included in the deed. The apartment is completely refurbished with new kitchen with appliances from Bosch, new aircon, 2 new bathrooms, new floors, electricity, pipes, etc.

      Lovely views but if you were living there permanently then you would soon get fed up with the noise from the cafes and visitors. On basis of what's happening currently in the World on a political and financial level then I do think that the price is too high. It will sell though as someone with a lot of money will probably buy it as a long term investment.........taking into consideration the amazing view, I wish I could afford it.

This is what you have to pay first line on Costa del Sol... and about the noise, the apartment is not noisy but wether you like to live in an area with amenities around you or in a more quiet place, it really depends on the individual taste :)

    Interesting,with respect,for walking any place,island that bans cyclists and e- scooters is going to be a big winner,any ideas?I know many with funds who would travel to such places.

    Its a strange layout though with no ensuites.The views are amazing though. Reckon it should be around €300-325k tops

      No, this has always been the way they do it im Andalucía although it's changing now in new developments. But it was a way of keeping the security and being able to open up and let the air flow during the warm summer months.

      Ok! If you buy it you could probably rent it out for around 1.200€ per month long term. If you rent it short term it would be around 1.500€ per week durung high season and maybe half during the winter.
