Today in this video we will discuss about fly ash bricks manufacturing process. Fly ash bricks also known as cement bricks/blocks. It's generally used in construction of buildings. The size of bricks depends on requirements of the construction. In this time fly ash bricks are first choice than clay bricks. The demand was rises day by day. Supply was does not match with demand. This bricks can sale outside of the local areas? Outside as will as local areas. How much bricks are manufacturing in a single day? Around 2500 bricks are construct by ourselves in 8 hours daily basis. Timing for the work is 11 p.m. - 12 p.m. to 2 pm. Depends on workers. How muchTotal cost of this plant? Cast of this plant was 8 to 10 lakh rupees and only manufacturing machine cost is around 7 to 8 lakh rupees. The machine is purchase where from? From the Rajasthan? So we will discussed with workers. They're says the total cost of this plant was 8 to 10 lakh rupees and only the price of molding machine was 7 to 8 lakh rupees. In 10 lakh cost of this setup includes the molding brick machine price and mixture machine and bricks transport vehicle and shade of this plant. The all 3 machine with shadeare include in 10 lakh rupees cost. This is a semi automatic machine with operates bye to labours. The minimum requirement of labours are 4 for the two brick moulding machine and material preparation. This is not a fully automatic machine. The daily capacity of these machines was depend on labours and around 2500 to 3000 bricks per day bricks are manufactured if 8 to 10 hour working shift. You are Singh the machine was used for construct bricks transported through one place to another for drawing purpose. The worker is doing this job as you see. The capacity of this machine was hundred bricks in a one time is moved one place to another place. Hydraulic system are inbuilt in this machine also called hydraulic Jack. Then hydraulic Jack liver was pushed and wooden board with bricks are lifted then shifted with one place to another place for drying purpose in in sun sine. After drying 2 to 3 time spring water for the strength. So most important think for manufacturing of bricks are raw materials. Dasra materials was required first starting this business. So fast raw material was fine stone aggregate or Rock dust. This are available from stone crushing plant. Then second row material was flyash. Which is of fine powder form and also available from Steel manufacturing plant and cement plant by product. And most important third raw material was send. The send was used as a plastering purpose this type of sand was used in brick manufacturing. In this mixture machine three basic raw material was added and mix up and also lime in a small quantity or cement was added as a binder purpose. The ratio of the raw materials was different in a way in market. In in this plant the ratio was 50% of flyash , 25% of send, 20% off fine aggregates or sent dust. And last 5% are used lime or cement. Then water was edit in a small quantity. As you see the mixer powder was not getting so much moisture. Then this mixed raw material was put at down on hopper of the molding machine for manufacturing of bricks.
