Hi few doctors say bio screws are good, and other doctors say Metalic Buttons are good Titanium one. Not sure which are better. Can you please advise i am totally confused.
It's not about the screws it's about the surgeon who decides the result of the surgery implants can be anything

Anterior cruciate ligament shows altered signal intensity. Alignment is normal -s/o ? partial
thickness tear / edema.
Medial meniscus shows minor intrasubstance tear at posterior horn.
Minimal effusion at suprapatellar bursa.
Is it need any surgery sir?

No it can't be removed as it will incorporate with the ligament and would be very difficult to separate them
