Fu Hua's total dmg boost, elemental dmg boost and breach (physical dmg boost and breach if you have a physical valk), her 2nd core signet and one enhanced signet that provides +20 stacks. Eden's dmg boost ( +3% total dmg and +2.5% physical and elemental dmg for every 10 SP) and SP regeneration and her 1st Signet and 2-3 Elysia's signets. This is my universal guide for any valk, I have cleared till 100D using this build as base, you can add more signets as you like and don't forget to upgrade them
I suggest you use Silverwing, since she can gather enemies plus deal ranged dmg and enemies cant pass through her barrier, she is the best option to keep your Fu Hua's signet stacks maxed which is your major source of dmg

If I'm not wrong, isn't the whole point of Elysian Realm to hone in on her skills as a Herscherr? She's a fully awakened Herscherr as well. Kalpas is extremely strong but he's also quite literally a mad man, Mei is very agile, quick, and is extremely intelligent on the battlefield. Plus, this was a very close fight for Mei as towards the end some of the dialogue presented as she was struggling, or was extremely exhausted after the fact. But yeah, she is a main character plus Kiana's gf. She's definitely got the plot armor advantage lol
