When the fight transitions to the balcony, when the whole family thing was being said, shank was actually to explain what stayed his hand, that his girl was pregnant. Caesar would of actually noted, "Had I known that she was with child, that would have changed things." Then he walks over to the Balcony and Shank follows.

You do know that even though it was Shank that cut her, Cassandra could still take her revenge of Cesar for tossing her asside like she was nothing, right.
She still participated in attack on Shank and Aiva in their house (infact, Cassandra could've killed Aiva if Shank hadn't stopped her). I highly doubt Shank would want to negotiate with her. Hell, Cassandra herself realises this very well by saying: "I know what you're here for, so let's just get this over with."

It is. There aren't some cutscenes with the Butcher and Cezar here. To get an uncensored version we need to update the game up to beta (steam).
