great video, I like the bacon that was in the video, is the bacon pork or turkey, and what was in the salad, I seen corn 🌽, most of all i like the egg, yummy
Ive watched alot of Asian recipes with bacon and they seldom cook it to even firm let alone crispy. Idkw cause under cooked bacon is chewy n gross but they obviously like it that way
I love watching these, it's so restful and satisfying. Mad respect for the workers! Their attention to detail is amazing, so meticulous, every step done the same way, catefully. I keep thinking that most Americans (I'm American) would start doing little short cuts, mixing it up. These people do it right!
What were the two ingredients that went into the dough that you did not caption? One looked like a gelled starch of some kind, the other kind of like heavy cream.
The best thing about this is that you're so professional with this you're doing it like a superhuman like you know what you're doing I want you to do the same thing I want to learn these techniques
What was added at 1:23 and 1:31? You list all the other ingredients but left those two out and I'm just curious what they were as I've never seen them before.
I didn't see any listing of ingredients. If you saw one, do you know what liquid they brushed on at the end? After it was cooked? Super curious about that.
@@ShellyCline Hi, wouldn't SWEAR to it, but from eating bunches of sea food over the coudse of my ( 50+ - ugh! lol! years) of life, the "brush at the end looks suspiciously like "clarified" (or melted) butter - which sorta makes sense & goes with the "eggs, bacon, toast" idea... The "sprinkle" if I HAD to guess? For some reason I THINK they use a parsley... AGAIN, THAT'S just an educated GUESS - I've noticed in a LOT of "breakfast" recipes they use parsley, so.. maybe? What *I* wanna know is some of fhe ingredients from their bread! The White jelly looking stuff, & a few others not listed in the pop-ups... Guess I can always just try making a different TYPE of "Korean" bread for the base or go with what I know & do basic American bread dough, (like an English muffin, perhaps?) & PRAY for a good turn out☆ ! LOL!!
What were the two white ingredients that went in just before the yeast? And what is in the salad? It's a little difficult to imagine what this might taste like without knowing the salad ingredients. Also, I kind of lost it when the ketchup and mustard went on. It was ok up to that point but, uuuuh, not sure what that did to this. They certainly look intriguing, but I don't know...... I would have torched that bacon on the outside after removing them from the oven to (finish cooking it?) crisp and brown it a bit.
They should consider steaming the eggs instead, then ice bath, then put in a hard container and shake to break the shells. Peeling much easier, and better cooking control to avoid a dark edge on the yolk.
I like how nowadays chefs talk about protein bonds an stuff. But back in the day they just tried stuff till it worked. With no clue what a protein was . Lol
That looks so delicious. I hope to try one whenever I get a chance to travel to South Korea.
This is fantastic. I wish we had these here in the US.

It looks delicious! But not need to use torch for little bit burn on cheese cuz it will melt while it cook in the oven. Good job!
It is for burnt color
@@gregs7519 awesome! Thanks 😊
It helps it to look like a sunny side-up egg.

its not raw, you can tell by the color change. it just isnt cooked to a disgusting crisp.
These are incredibly labor intensive but they look so delicious!

I am also an American. You are right about Americans messing things up and giving way less ingredients!
Not only Americans… think most of the world that’s why it’s so amazing to see these videos
I agree watching these videos are so relaxing
Yeah, You are right.
How about adding subtitles with the ingredients? I have no clue what the salad is made of. 🤷🏻♀️ Looks very tasty 👍

OMG yes please.
Yes.. what was the salad? Almost looked like chicken salad.
@@sneaks01 same?
@@sneaks01 funny I thought ham salad and I could have sworn I saw a corn kernel 🤔
This looks soooooo yummy. What’s in the salad? To me it looks like American potato salad.
look it has herbs on top, that's super healthy !!
What
They lost me at the salad, which kind of salad is it?
They look amazingly delicious. Lots of steps for one simple meal!
Yum 😋
That's what I want to know. It looks like chicken salad or egg salad.

Bacon cheese vege look like freshly made McDonald's Big Mac .😋
Undercooked bacon and overcooked eggs, it's what I have made after over drinking and under sleeping
and don't forget- warmed up mayonnaise salad to make sure everything comes out extra fast.
Yum .. be right there.
This looks good but I would want my bacon cooked just a touch more…
Agreed, I'm not a fan of soft bacon either. 😂
they never cook the bacon enough on these videos!!
Agreed . . . . little too pink for me, visually unappealing.
Can't wait for the deep fried version 🤪
Wow. Just wow.
That little green ring means every one of those eggs was overcooked.
And that bacon looks undercooked :(
What were the two ingredients that went into the dough that you did not caption? One looked like a gelled starch of some kind, the other kind of like heavy cream.
I was thinking buttermilk, no idea what the slime is. But, can't give out all their secrets!
