Dude you are in peak shape now. Glad you decided to pursue the bodybuilding competition!

I just keep it simple & do incline dumbell spider curls. They target the bicep peak, they’re placed in supinated hand position and keep dumbbells almost touching

Just tried it. I could definitely feel a greater contraction. Awesome isolation exercise for biceps. I will definitely be implementing these into my routine for the foreseeable future. Thanks

that's like a supinated angle throughout the entire motion instead of just the top. Very cool!

Is this better than regular standing curls?

Cool exercise, but no really necessary, if you change the angle during a normal curl, it can yield same results. Thanks for the video!

I always struggle with this grip. I get wrist pain and shitty range of motion

Could you get a similar effect with a preacher bar. like a barbell curl is to standard bicep curl?

Larry Scott would use an EZ bar on a preacher bench as well so it would also work

How can we do a preacher curl without a preacher bench or with a barbell blaster

This move I’m sure works but for whatever reason supinated grip, especially extreme supination gives me nearly instant tennis elbow. I’ve had to stick mostly with hammer curls and high volume low weight regular curls to avoid it.

Be sure to warm up first like with hammer or forearm curls then make sure that you aren't going all the way down on preacher curls and you should be fine. If you want to see more tips, John Meadows has tons of tips to do this exercise without ever injuring yourself

You know Vince Gironda invented preacher curls, right? Like, the guy who trained Larry Scott who then went on to become the very first Mr. Olympia in history.
