I don't know. Maybe it is because I only got into Kdrama's earlier this year, but from what I have watched; "Angry Mom", "Strong Woman Bong Soon", "I Hear Your Voice", "Graceful Family", "Hotel Del Luna" "Angels Last Mission" and more, there seems to be plenty of bold, confident, powerful female leads (I hate the term "strong woman"). I love how this show is so good at making parallels between real life and mun-yeong’s books, and also between the past and present. Like here when she’s debating if she should jump in and help, it’s just like the flashback we see in later episodes where they were kids and she watched them fall into the frozen lake and was debating whether or not to help. And both times she eventually decided to step in and help.

This scene is so emotional the way Kang-tae his feeling sorry expression for his big brother is just bravo and the way Mo Young says those lines “should I help him/shouldn’t” then in the end she did help him and Sang-Tae 👏🏽
He's so warm, caring and empathetic that he needs someone cold, aloof and apathetic to balance him out. This scene was just so awesome! Had to replay it a couple times to see her badassness because those parents were acting entitled as f***!
She's soo gorgeous and beautiful. Her voice , Her acting , Her beautiful face, everything on point. Can't take off my eyes from her. She's such a queen. I love her 😍😍😍
You're right....it all started Right here....I mean, he was always attracted to her from when they first met as kids, but it just solidified Right Here in this scene when she quite literally stepped in to save him and Sangtae again
Every scene of her is so empowering and she just has this presence ...her voice plays a very big role and Its so so so nice to see the female lead who isn't dirt poor(but has a smartphone),who doesn't get walked over and goes after the guy she likes....who isn't 'Perfect'....Seo Yeji is such a great actor....This drama is gonna be so so so much more than a mere romantic drama
the part when she was debating calmly whether she should help or not was IT for me. it/she was so calm yet so powerful at the same time. i need seo yeji in these kinds of roles more, her voice is such a weapon
she actually take off her heels during the shoot and the director specifically shoots the angles so that she looking up at ksh to make him look weak and her look more intimidating
The way Kang Tae ran in panic to soothe his brother made my cry! I can feel his care and worry to his brother. This scene is intense in a dramatic way.
Ik the main leads did a wonderful job but can we take a moment to appreciate Oh jung se (sang tae) acting? I don't have words to describe how perfect it is!!! He plays an autism patient, so he has to take care of every thing from scratching his hand to looking confused and frustrated to shuttering, to his walking style etc. It's SO realistic that I almost mistook it for real. From his dialogue delivery to his acting/expressions EVERYTHING IS SO ON POINT!!! I wish to stand up and salute him not everyone can pull it off with such perfection!!! 😍
My brother and sister both have autism. Watching this scene was a big punch in the gut to be honest. It hit home for me on so many levels, and brought back memories I didn’t know could have so much impact. I still remember friends asking me, “Why are your brother and sister so weird?” Or how I’d have to keep an eye on my sister when we go out, despite me being younger. But overall it brought me back to words my mom told me: “When I’m gone, who’s gonna look after your ate? (ate being the term for older sister in Tagalog). No one else except you guys understand her, so will you still look after her?” I’m just two episodes in, and this kdrama is already going into my top faves. You can tell they did their research, and the actors, especially who plays Sangtae, are phenomenal.
I loveddd this scene! like the level of badass, savagery, and just so much femme fatale oozing out of here - and yet you can see that deep inside, she cares for those people who are disregarded by society - love how they've been rolling out this drama!
She's definitley a character with a great definition. Soft hearted yet masking her real emotions. I can't wait for the character development of Moon young!
IN JUST 2 EPISODES I ALREADY FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS DRAMA. THE PLOT, THE CAST, THE BACKGROUND MUSIC & ALL IS AMAZING. I'M SO LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS SHOW.
I repeat this scene so many times cuz I write an article about the TEA that Sang Tae have and It's so heartbroken. I really hope that this type of characters helps us to be more empathic.
i cried so hard in this part i sometimes got panic attack in public place too and it felt so disturbing, i can’t imagine how hard for a person like him who also have a trauma in the past for his weakness point to be provoked in the middle of that many people. also i’m satisfied how this drama potrayed the prejudice of many people have for our autistic friends, it represents what really happened in real life, hopefully with this drama people will be more aware of that
Lynn-Nicole Gatien uuuh? i actually cried for sangtae, not kangtae. like i said i cried because i sometimes got a panic attack which is very disturbing to me, like i just want to jump off a cliff, i cried because i can relate to his emotions. i know it’s a script, i didn’t just watch a drama without knowing it’s not a real life event. my bad for not pointing which scene did make me cry ig

I just love her! My God! She owned this whole scene, single handedly. Terrific! 😍😍😍😍😍
When he said sorry to his hyung😭😭 that whole scene broke my hearttttt
The way she saved them!!! QUEEN BEHAVIOUR IM SOOO IN LOVE WITH THIS DRAMA🥰🥰🥰
She's soo gorgeous and beautiful. Her voice , Her acting , Her beautiful face, everything on point. Can't take off my eyes from her. She's such a queen. I love her 😍😍😍
Seo Ye Ji is just mesmerizing to watch in this scene! My Queen!! She’s so freakin gorgeous, I can’t stop staring at her!
I don’t know what this Kdrama is about but that woman is a BOSS
And that's how kangtae was unknowingly attracted to her once again
You're right....it all started Right here....I mean, he was always attracted to her from when they first met as kids, but it just solidified Right Here in this scene when she quite literally stepped in to save him and Sangtae again
@@undrielgrenger53 awwww
Every scene of her is so empowering and she just has this presence ...her voice plays a very big role and Its so so so nice to see the female lead who isn't dirt poor(but has a smartphone),who doesn't get walked over and goes after the guy she likes....who isn't 'Perfect'....Seo Yeji is such a great actor....This drama is gonna be so so so much more than a mere romantic drama
Yoo but sang Tae actor is doing really well
i think ive saw him played on when the camelias bloom, his character is so different there, he really nailed this character on this film
Yeah...I'm glad someone mention about his acting....cause trust me it's not easy at all 👍👏💕
@@thariqauliyaarrazaq5759 aaand Ive watch him played on Touch your heart, totally a different character
@@thariqauliyaarrazaq5759 he wins a Baeksang award for his role there if i'm not mistaken.
And he is the villain in fabricated city
the part when she was debating calmly whether she should help or not was IT for me. it/she was so calm yet so powerful at the same time. i need seo yeji in these kinds of roles more, her voice is such a weapon
Powerful.. her presence is just powerful.. just lights up the whole scene..
props to the female lead she basically has to wear like 5 inch heals the entire time to make sure she's on eye level with kim soo hyun O.O
Interesting tho that she’s actually quite tall. Around 1.67m. If I’m to stand next to KSH, I probably have to wear 10inch heels 😆😆
she actually take off her heels during the shoot and the director specifically shoots the angles so that she looking up at ksh to make him look weak and her look more intimidating
@@nazanazri Nah I am just taking the ladder.
The day they released this drama, i cant find any more actress who can match seo yeji's chemistry with kim soohyun
We should all appreciate the brothers acting because it is amazing.
Tbh this is the only kdrama this year that got me hooked in just one episode. Can't wait for episode 3 ✊💗
She’s drop dead gorgeous
And this couple! Their chemistry!
Damn this scene make me cry the way he run and hug his bro I totally can feel that and she is the badass QUEEN I love her
Her heart is actually warm for anyone that needs help though her characteristic is described with cold mind
Exactly
Just found out Seo Yea-ji is 30 years old and Kim Soo-Hyun is 32. I thought she was 22 and he was 25. I'm still processing this.😶
@@LynnNicoleGat10T I just got into this whole Kdrama and kpop thing so I don't really know much.
@@LynnNicoleGat10T no it doesn't really show that they're older. they look like they could be perfectly in their mid 20's, don't be rude
That's Asians for you hahaha
Selina
My thoughts exactly 👍
@@LynnNicoleGat10T lol, no need to be rude, wtf!
The way Kang Tae ran in panic to soothe his brother made my cry! I can feel his care and worry to his brother. This scene is intense in a dramatic way.
Yea ji at her best! ❤❤❤ Love her attitude, color of her voice, how she moves, looks. All. Gorgeous! ❤❤❤
Can't lie, she was pretty badass in this scene.
the way she says “oi” is already cool
Her voice is enough to shut people down 😍
Ik the main leads did a wonderful job but can we take a moment to appreciate Oh jung se (sang tae) acting? I don't have words to describe how perfect it is!!! He plays an autism patient, so he has to take care of every thing from scratching his hand to looking confused and frustrated to shuttering, to his walking style etc. It's SO realistic that I almost mistook it for real. From his dialogue delivery to his acting/expressions EVERYTHING IS SO ON POINT!!! I wish to stand up and salute him not everyone can pull it off with such perfection!!! 😍
i suffer with autism and i second that !! he did amazing !
She just born to play this amazing and fabulous chatecter ✨ waiting for your nxt with him only🥰
I am very impressed with the role of Kim Soo Hyun here, so patient and for sure he is very handsome and also cute
No one else except you guys understand her, so will you still look after her?”
I’m just two episodes in, and this kdrama is already going into my top faves. You can tell they did their research, and the actors, especially who plays Sangtae, are phenomenal.
Such a great show. And she was a beautiful Diva-Queen. Definitely her most BA moment in the show.
She’s phenomenal in this drama
Confident women like her are so rare in kdramas ...we need more like her :)
I agree
Wow Seo Yea-ji is just incredible. I mean this scene! And her voice...i have no words! I just love it so much. My favourite actress!
what i really love about k-drama is that it shows us the reality of our society, like doctor romantic, this one, and many more.
I never get bored watching this whole sequence
That scene when he comforted his brother got me so emotional! What an actor!👌
I loveddd this scene! like the level of badass, savagery, and just so much femme fatale oozing out of here - and yet you can see that deep inside, she cares for those people who are disregarded by society - love how they've been rolling out this drama!
I’m exited to see how their relationship grows.
One of the most iconic scenes , I have lost count how much times I come back to it .
Her voice is so intimidating. I love it.
Seo ye Aji is an iconic actress, love her in this drama, hope she can collaborate more with soo hyun more after this drama😁😁😁
Her character was completely different from all K-drama I’ve watched before. I really love her ❤️
I repeat this scene so many times cuz I write an article about the TEA that Sang Tae have and It's so heartbroken.
I just love her voice so much.
Everyone talking about KSH and SYJ but for me Oh Jung Se's acting is the hardest yet, he still can excellently portray it
This is one of the best dramas I've seen in a long time!!! Unpredictable, non-typical story...Lot to learn from....Love it!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The ost in this show is just flames 🔥
Such a queen I just love her complex character and love this drama .she looks so gorgeous in this dress and this look .
Thia scene sold it to me. This one. I saw this and fell in love with the chemistry, charachters and the sensual tension. Spice.
