Very interesting lift adventure! Those bridges between the car parks and shops are really cool. Did the Primark ever used to be a Debenhams by any chance? Excluding some very rare cases it's very rare to see a purpose-built Primark linked onto a car park, but usually Debenhams stores were.
Primark used to be bhs . Debenhams used to be 2 separate stores in the high St. One of the old debenhams units was taken over by cotswold outdoor but that's now closed down
The lifts in the multi story car park were built by kone when the shopping centre was built they just have custom fixtures which are Dewhurst instead of kss fixtures. Primark used to be bhs. The old debenhams had two separate units in the high St one of the units was taken over by cotswold outdoors and it had a 2002 otis gen2 which was from when it was and that's now closed down. M&S lift used to be a uk lift built in 2004 it was modenised by Jackson in 2021 with newlift control
Interesting, why would they even think about using dewhurst fixture 😭 I saw the ones in Primark but didn't film them as they were always busy. I do like the M&S ones though
The Ecodiscs with Dewhurst in the Car Park are EPIC, The NEXT Oaklands are Very Nice, H&Ms Ecodisc is Very Nice, Boots looks like they have Lester Controls and Waterstones ACE Lift is Very Nice with the Red Zero Button. Marks & Spencer Lift isn't as good as the Original Lift. The ACE Lift looks a bit like the Lift at Waterstones in Maidstone and B&Q in Stevenage.
